The best B&B ever, spotless, well-connected, wonderful owners, great for solo traveling

This is by far the best accommodation I’ve been in! If you’re looking for a place in Bergamo, have no doubts because the good reviews aren’t lying. First let me start with the owners - Marianna & Marco, who are wonderful people (you can see it in their actions). Thank you to them and I wish them all the best! Also I have to mention that my flight was delayed and they said nothing and still waited for me at 2AM. The house is tucked away in a quiet street and is well connected to Bergamo center by bus number 6. I was in the blue room (Fiordaliso) which looks so much better than in the photos. All the rooms are named after a type of flower and individually decorated. They paid so much attention to every detail (especially in the beautiful kitchen). The common area is the kitchen where every morning there is a ton of food catering every need (savory, sweet, gluten free, lactose free…). I felt like a child in a candy factory. 😄 The room is SPOTLESSLY CLEAN and that’s coming from someone who loves to clean so I can assure you that’s the first thing you’ll notice. Just the overall smell of cleanliness! Also, it’s equipped with toiletries and gets re-cleaned every day. To/from the airport is a 25€ taxi or the combination of two buses - 6 and 1. I really recommend this place with all my heart, I travelled alone this time and I can also say that it’s a great option for solo travelers. I’m sad I didn’t get to stay longer. 😂 Can’t wait to come back!

Decoration - you can see they puted lots of effort to make it. Some small details that makes you feel appreciated, curtains, towels, sheets. The shower is great.

The coffee machine doesn't make a good coffee, but the breakfast is nice anyway. The WiFi signal in my room wasn't so strong.

The place was extremely cozy and well maintained. We really loved the style, the little touches we found everywhere. The big variety of toiletries, the lace on the towels, the flower on the bed, the sweets for the kids (and not only)... The B&B is located in a quiet neighbourhood outside Bergamo, but this has a very important advantage - you can easily find a free parking space around. We didn't like the pillows but the mattresses were comfortable. The place was extremely clean. The breakfast was rich and it was pretty pleasant to have it in the kitchen of the house - like if you are at home. The hosts were great and kind. They recommended us an excellent pizza restaurant. We would definitely come back

Marco and Marianna are great. Hospitality that made me feel like home. I wouldn't recommend this B&B highly enough. I have nothing bad to say. Amazing traditional decoration. Only thank you and that I will definitely be back soon with my family.

Let's face it, Italians don't really DO breakfast like Americans, with eggs and all that, but NO complaints here!. There was coffee, plenty of pasties, yogurt, cookies, etc....absolutely wonderful.

Great location with plenty of food options very close by, and easy access to the centre via the bus which stops just around the corner. Super friendly hosts, and extremely comfortable. The selection for breakfast is wide and a great way to start the day. Would return!

Although there were some things I did not like, I felt at home and I would come again!

I loved everything about the place. It was beautiful, it was clean, and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and there were a lot of snacks to pick and choose from when I arrived. Marco was very kind and explained everything that I needed to know about the place. He was also kind enough to call the cab for me. I loved that the place was across from a church because I find the sound of the bells very comforting.

The wi-fi stopped working around 9 p.m. which was unfortunate. The person sleeping next to my room was coughing throughout the night, which made it difficult to fall asleep. The apartment is also very close to the airport, which is very useful, but I heard the planes flying over the apartment several times in the evening. If you have to go to bed early, I recommend getting earplugs.

It was such a pleasure to stay there! The hosts were super friendly and even though they spoke a little bit of English I felt really welcomed! The breakfast was really good! And the room was so comfortable. I will definitely return here if I will be in Bergamo again!
