Nice place for staying in Bergamo but be aware of little inconveniences

The localisation, the communication with staff member,the cleanlines were perfect

If you choose a flat with shared bathroom, you need to prepare for that there is not enough hot water in a boiler for 4-6 persons. So,if 3 people take a shower,you need to wait for several hours for warm water. Secondly, in the apartament with shared bathroom was only one sink/ wash basin. So, if anyone was inside the bathroom no one else could even wash hands.

The host was extremely helpful and kind, we arrived late due to our plane having some delay and they waited to open the gate, very patiently answering all of our questions. The place was nice and clean, easy process to access, no issues.

The stuff was nice, so kind and easy to communicate

Toilet is too loud. The room was so small. The electric breaker tripped by itself and there was a flash. In the middle of the night. It was a very scary experience.

Very nice clean room in a quiet part of town 😉

The room was spacious with a great bathroom. The AC was working well in the hot summer. The design of the space is very nice and a shout out to our host Ali who explained everything in great detail and was very nice.

Reasonably priced rooms, close to the city center

Clean, fairly well-equipped rooms and good location, about 15 minutes on foot from the city center. We choose the two rooms with the private bathrooms, the other 3 rooms share a bathroom but that looked okay, too. The communication with the receptionist was easy and quick (although keep in mind that it was via Whatsapp so if you don't have the app, it might be trickier). There are also some shared amenities in the shared space such as an iron, some tea and basic things that you needed. There is also a map and some recommendations as well.

No sound-proofing between the rooms so you can hear your neighbours very easily. We went to bed fairly early because of early wake up the next day but were woken up by other guests staying in other rooms who arrived later in the night. There are earplugs provided in the shared space so if that works for you, it could help this situation.

Great accommodation in good location!

The accommodation is located close to the city center and many bus stops. It was easy to get there from the airport. There are shops and good restaurants nearby. The room had metal window blinds, which made it completely dark inside. I read previous reviews about the street noise and in my opinion the noise is like in any city center, but once the balcony door was closed you could no longer hear the noise. There is also air conditioning in the room, so it was more pleasant to spend time in it and sleep in it when it was very hot outside. The room, bathroom and common area are very clean. We shared a bathroom with two other rooms, but we had no problems with that. There is also a small fridge, electric kettle and hair dryer in the room. The host is super friendly, helpful and quick to respond! He personally came to check us in and shared some recommendations :) An extra star from me for the available coffee and iron, which are missing in other, even more expensive apartments! I can highly recommend this place! :)

The fact you went through the toilet to get to a balcony which is shared. The layouts a bit strange even tho we had the private bathroom.

Immaculate apartment in a great location for getting around bergamo

Beautiful apartment about 10mins walk to centre and 20 mins to train and bus station, great location for easy walking to everywhere. Apartment was immaculate and plenty of room. Helin met us on arrival and gave us lots of recommendations. Would definitely stay here again when staying in bergamo .

Super clean rooms and nice host who gave us a lot of helpful information. The location is a bit far from the old center but still very comfortable and there is buses everywhere. Supermarket Conad is 10min away.

The hosts were super polite - thank you once again Zanyar, Helin & Paola for the warm welcoming and arrangements. 🥰 Ask them for the nice restaurants or walks around Bergamo - they know the best ones! 🍷 The apartment is at a perfect location: -> 🏛️The City center is just 10-15 min away. The bus to the Airport is available there. -> ⛪the Citta Alta (old town) and🚉 the train station are both 20 min away - we travelled to Milano twice. 🧼The room was perfect - tidy and enough for 2 people. There is a shared bathroom - it was spotless clean and we made sure to leave it like that. ♻️There are also recycling at the place which we really liked.

Small and warm room in Bergamo

Small, but very functional room. Everything you need is there. Very good location. We had issues with time and plane, but the lady from BG Stay was very supportive and helpful.

The bed had a footrest for legs, and that is not so good if you are tall like me (200+ cm).

Nice place to go for a quick visit

Comfortable bed and a nice room , very friendly staff. There was a lovely lady named Helin who was super helpful with any information needed about the area, and she even gave me the number for a taxi driver they recommend that would pick me up from a show 45mins away and bring me back. Thank you

Very friendly hosts, smooth check-in, good area (if you dont mind a bit of walking) and yummy pizza infront of the house. The room had everything needed. :) The hosts gave us a bit more time to leave too.

Lovely stay in Bergamo

The location of apartment is very good, 20 minuts to the train and bus station. Room and shared bathroom were very clean, the bathroom also had everything you could need. You also get a big and a small tovel for yourself and we had a hairdryer in the room. Apartment is in the quiet and calm neighbourhood. Overall, it was an excelent stay and I would book this apartment again while visiting Bergamo.

There was one, small inconvenient. There could be a mirror in the room and some kitchen stuff like plate etc. but it is just a small minus.

The rooms are inside one apartment and there js no reception or reference. The responsible of the key was complaining that we made him wait an hour until we reached despite that this hotel gets his money in advance without any risk if we do not show up

Excellent wifi, new and clean room

Great communication and fast responses from the host, well organised and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, new, and with attention to detail: lots of sockets and bedside tables and lights, space for luggage, workspace etc. Coffee/tea making facilities and microwave were handy as well. Excellent wifi connection which was important for us since my boyfriend had to work remotely (including meetings). We stayed three nights in one of the rooms that had a bathroom and it was great, spotless clean and big. There are five rooms altogether and only three share the bathroom. Good location close to the station and city centre.

Honestly everything was as described and better! No negatives for us.

Pleasant

There is microwave, small fridge and also some things you need. the owner was really polite and friendly, I was a little late to check in (some minutes) but she didn’t ask pay for that

You have to share one bathroom with others but it was clean and there’s a person who cleans everything every third day. It was cold at first in the room but you can regulate heating (but there’s a sign that you should put low temperature). also the street next to the hostel is a little bit loud

Clean room, quite close to the center

Quite much noise from the road (the room was on 1 floor, quite big road just in front of the window). Also noise from the other rooms. Only one bathroom for many rooms, sometimes there was no hot water in shower.
