The room and the bathroom were very comfortable and so clean, there was nice terrace, we were surprised with coffee, tea, cream etc., water included, small fridge, TV, safe :)
The location is great - 5 minutes walking to Via XX September

Easy to find and relatively close to the city
Too small, shared bathroom, extreme noise from the street, shared balcony.
