Excellent location, clean and friendly place to stay

The location is excellent: the street and the next one is busy with vibrant crowd during day and night. Shops (any kind, from supermarket through bookshops, until furniture ones) are in 2-3 minutes walking distance from the accommodation. The area is safe, even alone as a woman during the night. The Bergamo Città Alta is in comfortable (and scenery) walking distance. The owner was really nice, communicating promptly and clearly, helping with advises for routes and weather, etc. The room was perfectly clean, the bed is large and the pillows are comfortable. The AC worked well, the furniture was new and shelves had enough spaces. The bathroom was very clean and very well equipped. The building is giving you the "traditional Italy" vibe, I really liked it. I can totally recommend Moira Rooms for staying in Bergamo.

We stayed in a perfect spot to explore Bergamo and its surrounding gems.

It was simple, functional, clean and met our needs for a busy stay in Bergamo and the surrounding area. Moira was extremely helpful and pleasant and gave us some great restaurant recommendations too. She met us on arrival, which is much more personal touch than a key pad arrangement. It was located close to bars, shops and restaurants and in easy walking distance from the centre (trains and buses) and Citta Alta.

The location was perfect. Close to shops, restaurants and bars but not noisy at night. The bedroom and bathroom were both very clean and comfortable and use of a well equipped kitchen to make tea and coffee was a bonus . We had a lovely stay and hope to return....in the meantime we will be recommending Moira Rooms to our friends and family.

it was well located, clean and we had all we needed. The host did all in her power to make us feel welcome, Moira is a reliable and helpful person. The bed matress is very good, we slept well and had a wonderful vacation!

The air conditioning couldn’t put up very well with the 38 degrees outside, but it was such a strong heat wave!

Tremendous location. Walk out the front door to coffee shops, bars, bakeries, clothing stores etc. Quiet rooms.

Really nothing. However, it is a bit of a misnomer to call it a B + B since breakfast is not served. No matter because options galore await outside front door.

Great location, clean and comfortable place

Cafes and restaurants are just few steps away but once you get in, the place is peaceful, my room was situated into the backyard so I couldn't hear any noise. And the place was so clean. Moira is really nice and helpful. Next time I'm in Bergamo I will definitelly stay in this place again. Thank you Moira!

CLEANNESS, CONVENIENCE, SPACIOUSNESS, LOCATION, QUIETNESS.

Location, everything is just a few steps away, shops, trattorias, gelateria, pizzerias, pedestrian area! Carefour and Conad so close. Very easy and attractive way -uphill of course - to go on foot to Citta Alta , but also you can use funicolar or bus. Room-bathroom huge, nice and modern, bed so comfortable and cleanness mentionable! Moira herself is so nice person, and responded immediatelly when I asked her something via e-mail. Sound isolation perfect.

Minor things really; Lack of some room amenities such as wall hangers or a room bin. Also the entrance in the old building stair (οnly one staircase and really short) maybe not the most attractive one but this is very common in many Italy's bb's and even in much more expensive rooms . Οnce you enter the bb.....everything is relaxing and brandnew. Thank you again Moira!

traditional room in a lively street

everything - the host is very nice, check in was very easy and on time; she explained to us the facilities and what we can do in bergamo. the room is newly renovated, comfy and with a small balcony to an indoor garden bathroom is very spacious and modern location is great - it's placed on a main street from the old city from bottom city of Bergamo, with plenty of cafe, bar and a nice local napoletan tratoria and a burger shop. at 2 min it's a carrefour express, perfect if you need to buy water, drinks or smth for breakfast

Great experience

Upon check-in Moira greets you and provide excellent explanations and recommendations. The location is great - accessable from the train station, nearby bars and restaurants and quiet. The room is spacious, clean and very well maintained. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend Moira's B&B

The place itself was excellent. Moira herself was extremely nice and helpful, we had great contact. The room was isolated from the street noise, the AC gave us break from summer heat. Small treats like cooled water and coffee were really nice touch.
