Immaculately clean, great quiet location, comfortable for 3 people to stay, fully equipped kitchen

Having a large kitchen with full facilities available to us to walk into to make teas and coffees first thing in the morning and before bed was a huge bonus. The value for money was exceptional. 10 min taxi from airport - €20 for 3 people. Number 1 and 5 bus stops right outside to bring you into town and main attractions. 15 minutes walk into main shopping and restaurant area. 30 min walk into center of town, all on the flat. We had 3 people comfortably share the bedroom and bathroom. I would certainly go back and recommend to others.

The sliding doors into the bathroom did not close fully and were not noise proof in terms of privacy in the toilet. But unavoidable I think.

Very clean and cozy rooms. All main facilities available. Instructions to self check-in were clear.

Room was smaller than expected. We didn't know the location was an apartment complex and that we had booked one of the bedrooms in a flat. There were other guests at the same time so it felt like we were sharing a flat.

Overall, we were satisfied.

Quiet location, outside the city center but easily accessible by bus, feeling of safety, well-equipped spacious kitchen. The bathroom, separated by a small hallway, was lare and clean. At first, we were confused by the self-check-in process, as we did not read the message with instructions in time, but the manager guided us well over the phone.

The terrace was not tidy and clean, but it was raining, so it didn't matter too much. However, the cramped room did not offer the necessary comfort.

I recommend a little attention for details just for a nice experience. For example the cover of the bed was discolored and the tiles in the shower had blackened joints. In general was a nice experience.

Very good contact with the owner, clear check-in instructions. Large, comfortable bathroom. Comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Shared, very well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a nice welcome pack! I would return and recommend.

Great place for airport stay

Clean room with nice, small details. Spacious kitchen and common area with tea, coffee and kitchen tools. Good location for the airport stay with around 10mins drive (we had an early flight). Public parking available just next to the property free of charge. Easy and clear check-in instructions.

The room itself is very small and it was quite hot, unless window is open. The pillow wasn't really comfortable.

Great Place to stay near Bergamo Airport

- Stayed here due to proximity to the airport - Very clean room, in a quiet area. - Location was great - there was a courtyard surrounded by houses/apartments - Common shared area available with tables, fridge and other amenities. - Room was quite nice, with modern decor and brightly lit. - There's free public parking just a few yards away from the property.

A little far from centre but hotel territory itself is green, silent and very nice

Self check in worked really great! It’s ideal if you don’t wanna see anyone, staff is available via chat. It was a last minute booking due to change of plans so I didn’t pay a lot of attention to the shared bathroom but they were able still to accommodate my request, and the last night I had a different room with a private bathroom. Thank you! Though the first room with access to the terrace was good too. Welcome pack with bottle of water, some snack and coffee capsules was also great.

The rooms are pretty small so just be aware of that. Towels seemed to smell something like vinegar which was a little weird.

Great room close to the airport.

The blue room that we occupied was clean and all facilities worked well. The room is quite a way from Bergamo old town but close to the airport making your late night transfer easier. A common kitchen area is always a plus.

Room was clean and spacious. It is on the ground floor and has a nice little terrace. Staff was kind enough to answer all of our questions. Free parking is available in 100m from the location.

Classy courtyard in a beautiful location!

Gorgeous courtyard, great instructions and no confusion getting into our room, there are kitchen facilities however, we were not there long enough to make use of these! Great location for the Gewiss Stadium if you like football!

Quite a distance from the centre of Milan, we took two trains to reach Duomo however, Bergamo is a lovely place to stay, we had been there once for a football match therefore, it was definitely worth the revisit!

there was a cute little white cat outside that I played with. the apartment was very spacious. toilet was beautiful. we had fresh towels, water, sweet treats. very clean and nice.

Easy access by foot to the center.

Small, cold and dark room, window facing the street. It was a bit dirty, specially the bathroom. You can hear the street noises and other quest as well. If you are travelling by car there is no parking on the street as promised. There is only a small parking lot and you are very lucky if you get the spot.
