Quiet alley. Easy to get in. Clean. Close to the center.

No toilet and/or bathroom on the first floor. Very inconvenient stairway to the 2nd floor! No chairs on the second floor.

Only location

The owner is very rude. I arrived and asked for help with the internet (which is terrible) she showed no interest in help me. The stove in the house is out of order, the oven doesn't work, the phone signal is bad inside the house, and I had bought a local chip… The house smells like cats, and the Wi-Fi doesn't even work at the top of the house. I was on vacation, and she came over to complain that we left the dishes dirty. I don't understand why, after all, the daily rate already includes a cleaning fee. All in all, bad experience.

Perfect for city stay

Lovely duplex with excellent location. Clean and nice and spacious bedroom. Everything you need around kitchen ware was available. The host replies quickly with friendly replies.

Just the noisy warm water boiler and running toilet, but surely these things can be fixed and are nothing bad about the apartment.

Great small centrally located flat for enjoying Brussels

The location was really central. There were bars, cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. The city centre was in walking distance. The flat was basic, but had what we needed, including wifi, a TV with Netfix (for the kids in the evening, and a small kitchen so we could prepare breakfast in the morning.

It could have been a bit cleaner. We were a bit confused about the coffee maker at first. A short welcome book would really help with instructions for using the coffee maker and other general useful information.

Very good place. Close to the station, but the street is quiet and peaceful. Good location if you travel by public transport. The apartment is very clean and well equipped.

Great location but fair condition

The location is very good. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and major tourist attractions.

It is a cute house and could have been maintained better than its current conditions. The blinds are in bad condition and should have been replaced. The first floor is dark and the stairs/floors are dirty. The bed sheets inside the sofa bed have a musty smell and the bathroom is not easy to use at night as any guest sleeping on the sofa bed has to climb up the flimsy stairs. This is not the best fit for family travel.

Enjoyable and cozy.

Location excellent, central within easy walking distance of attractions e.g Grande Place, palaces, cathedral, Brussels Park and shops. Lovely house down a cute cobbled alleyway. Comfortable and well equipped. Comfortable bed. We messaged in advance of arrival to ask precise address and how to get the keys and received a response within 24 hours. Easy enough to find with Google maps. Good choice of bars and eateries nearby.

Superb

First of all, I really want to appreciate to the host. She was very kind, and tried to solve every single problems we had while we were struggling. Overall, we really satisfied with our staying in this house. Easy to find where it is, 2 big rooms for 3 people. Of course it was cleaned well enough to feel comfy. I would like to recommend to the other guest who is looking forward to visit the Brussels.

Poorly ventilated. Musty and Smokey smelling. Downstairs was dark due to broken blinds. (could not be opened or raised). No hot water in kitchenette. Bathroom: Musty smelling due to inoperative vent fan which was covered with dark mold. Shower was ok. Sink faucet sprayed over clothing when turned up above a dribble. The plastic covering on the toilet seat was split and peeling. We were both very uncomfortable using the toilet at all. How could that be sanitary? Vanity bottom was rotting due to being exposed to water. Disappointed after reading “Superb” description and positive reviews.

Tiene muchos detalles de que le falta mantenimiento. Las toallas son viejas. El baño queda arriba por lo que tienes que pasar por la cama de los demás. Es para 2 personas porque la otra “cama” es un sillón (NO SE HACE CAMA)

Una buena estancia para pasar unos días en el centro de Bruselas

Muy buena ubicación, a 15 minutos a pie de la Grand Place. Zona muy residencial y familiar, el apartamento se ubica en una callejón precioso con otras muchas viviendas tranquilas. El salón y la habitación son amplios, la cama es grande.

La escalera para subir a la planta superior es un tanto incómoda, está poco equipada la cocina y el apartamento en sí en cuanto a utensilios de limpieza. La limpieza no es su fuerte pero tampoco es algo exagerado.
