Beautiful house in a quiet location

Fantastic house with great facilities. Very quiet residential area but fairly close to trams and buses to get to the city. Katarina the host was very helpful.

Artsy hideout in Brussels

Very clear instructions, easy to approach with ad hoc questions, (paid) private parking was excellent, home/kitchen is very welll equipped, bonus for artistic decoration.

Lot of stairs :-) But this is really really looking for something to mention here.

A comfortable duplex, a perfect place to stay with family

It was a modern duplex decorated with taste. We had all that we needed during our stay, the comfort, the facilities, the private parking and the location which was 5 minutes walking distance to tram and bus stop to city centre. On top of those we had a very good and helpful Landlady.

Pleasant, clean, spacious apartment near Brussels city centre

The apartment was very big. The kitchen was foreseen with everything and the apartment was very clean. There was a good clean bathroom where you can shower just fine.

The owner is present as she holds office between (ground and second floor) the "rented" property. Furthermore, the neighbours found it necessary to start playing the piano in the middle of the night.

Our experience in Bruxelle

We liked the Location, nice and quiet, all the facilities you could need in the house and also the house kitchen had everything, plenty of space to relax, really comfy beds. Brussels is expensive but house was reasonable.

The house is not entirely empty. You have the bottom floor as a living room and the second floor has two bedrooms, but the first floor is where the host has an office and she receives guests there(during week days) that have to go passed your room (that only has a glass door) to get there. We thought we had the entire house/apartment to ourselves so this was a bit weird and uncomfortable.

Not sure how to put this... it was billed as a duplex apartment but in fact it was over the first and top floor. In between was a floor we could not access as it was locked and it turned out this was the owners physiotherapy practice. So throughout each day and into the evenings clients were being buzzed in our door and going to the middle level for their treatments. Felt very odd in our apartment for the week. No explanation or contact from the host. Strangers going up and down the stairs... most awkward. Surely if this is even allowed it should be declared in the listing?

Beautiful house with good connection to the city center

Great place to stay, very quiet and spacious, you can experince "Belgian"narrow brick house :-) few min to the nearest bus stop, there is a direct connection to the city center. The host was great, very helpful. We arrived very late but she was willing to wait for us.

A recommander

Hote très gentille et de très bon conseil. Appartement très fonctionnel avec un bel espace de vie, une belle cuisine et 2 grandes chambres sans oublier le jardinet certainement très agréable en été. A 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus pour le centre avec des passages toutes les 20minutes. supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds ouvert 7 jours sur 7.

Maison bruxelloise spacieuse et très bien équipée

Bien équipé, spacieux avec un accueil agréable.

Le 1er étage de la maison n’est pas loué, c’est un cabinet professionnel. Rien de grave mais un peu dérangeant le matin si l’on croise des patients en pyjama.

En general nos gustó todo, desde las instalaciones, el espacio amplio, la limpieza del lugar, sin duda volveríamos a ir.

En este aspecto también hay que ser críticos, creo que hay que aprender a separar trabajo propio con un alojamiento de una familia, al final lo que buscamos es privacidad, el propietario en este caso debía residir un rato para trabajar con sus pacientes, nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema ya que gran parte del tiempo estábamos fuera, aún así, es un punto a mejorar. Otra parte negativa es el sótano, estaba bastante descuidado, cualquier punto cuenta, aunque sea una zona de poco interés. Por último y no menos importante, son las escaleras y la barandilla, podría estar un poco mejor ya que hacían bastante ruido y se movían un poco. Descontando estos tres puntos la nota sigue siendo muy buena, durante nuestra estancia estuvimos muy a gusto.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus mit einer tollen Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ruhige Lage und unkomplizierte, jedoch gebührenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief reibungslos und sie hat in wenigen Minuten unsere Fragen beantwortet
