No frills appartment
Close to public transport and about a 20 minute tram ride into the city centre. Lots of supermarkets and cafes near by.
The area is safe and the appartment is secure. There is a large window which is street facing.
The kitchen space while tiny, is functional.
No frills appartment
If you've booked this simply for somewhere to sleep for 2 people - it will do. If you're looking for comfort, hot water or space for 2+, Look elsewhere.
We've stayed in similar loft style apartments to this previously, however this has been by far the least functional.
Very small for 2 adults and a child.
Not enough hot water for 3 people to bathe. Even quickly.
The shower gets saturated due to the shower curtain and due to inadequate (and dust clogged) ventilation, the whole tiny bathroom is saturated.
The bathroom is very small, hope for small hands if using the sink. We brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink.
The heater is half hanging off the wall, apparently "damaged from previous guests". With no instructions, it appears to be set at certain temperatures for certain durations. Its inadequate to heat the unit in February.
The host is non responsive, failing to tell us where to drop our bags when we arrived early, despite offering the service the day before. Further failing to respond to why the tv wasn't working and why the internet wasn't connected. I attempted contact via phone, whatsapp, text, email and booking.com
On a couple of occasions the host messaged me to inform me of check out procedures, entirely ignoring my previous questions. Before the host responds to this review by stating these facts are untrue, I have photos of the mould and dust vents and screen shots of the unanswered messages, emails, texts.
Theres no instructions of any type so it took some time to figure out where the bedding and towels were (inside the couch).
The sofa bed was not made up, despite the number of guests.
The unit is beside some stairs and with nil insulation, it is loud. Sleep is disturbed. There's even a sign by the stairs from other apartment owners requesting stairs noise be kept to a minimum. The people upstairs have heavy footsteps - or perhaps the insulation is just inadequate.

comfotrable and convinient
The pace was very clean and nice. There were provided pillows and sheets which was very nice. everything worked fine and there were excellent kitchen appliences. And the location isnt far from the tram which was very convinient.
Everthing was alright, just the door handel was a bit loose and hard to manage. But all in all ok.

Ligging is goed: metro en winkel dichtbij, kwartiertje wandelen van Vorst Nationaal af
Verschillende faciliteiten: koffie, alles was in het keukentje wat je nodig hebt, goede wifi en donkeren gordijnen
Duidelijke communicatie van de verhuurder
Was geen probleem voor ons maar kan handig zijn om te weten: trappen waren een beetje smal en glad (is een slaapbank aanwezig voor mensen die de trappen misschien niet makkelijk kunnen nemen)

Boa, mas o entupimento do banheiro foi uma situação bem chata.
Tudo muito limpo e organizado, cozinha completa, tv completa tbm.
O ralo e pia do banheiro estavam entupidos, o banheiro já é pequeno e ficava encharcado todas as vezes que tomávamos banho, além de que não tinha secador de cabelo disponível.

Logement fonctionnel pour 2 voyageurs, avec quelques points propreté à améliorer.
Propreté : bouche aération pleine de poussière, vaisselle sale (verres), beaucoup de poussière (entre autre) sur les montants de la mezzanine le long du lit, toiles d'araignée au plafond, pas de quoi essuyer correctement la vaisselle , poubelle de salle de bain pleine de poussière à l'extérieur

La situation à proximité de Forêt National.
L'escalier, dangereux, inadapté. Manque aussi une petite table avec tabourets pour prendre son repas. Des poubelles et encombrants jonchant les trottoirs devant le logement.

Proximité avec le tram les bus (10/12 mn à pied).
Studio bien agencé, le lit double était parfait d'après mes filles ☺️
Souci avec la porte d'entrée : le propriétaire a été hyper réactif c'est top!
Nous avons eu des messages pour notre arrivée et le frère était présent : merci!
Nous avons bien dormi et le rideau occultant est un vrai plus bravo!
Bémol sur l'escalier/echelle qui monte a la mezzanine (peut être montées à l'envers car ça glisse) mais franchement en faisant attention ça passe 👍
