Uncomfortable due to no heat, area did not seems safe and poor communication. Price was low.
Great price and as advertised.
Bathroom was not good, street was very loud (felt unsafe). We had no heat on a very cold night and could not get in touch with the property owner. Property appears to be in a business from the outside.

A nice pastry shop nearby.
Hard to feel safe. Ground floor shop converted into rental - large window entrance with door where shops typically use bars at night. Heating system was not working. Lights not working in 1/3 of apartment or I am too dumb to find the switch after looking 30 minutes. My stay was 14 degrees inside / cold shower. Upon reboot of heating on day 2 after water leakage of boiler system - 12 hours to heat apartment to 18 degrees upon my checkout. The two radiators (that work) cannot keep up with high ceilings and large volume space. Broken floorboards. Shower head must be replaced - water in all directions. I left ill and my business trip suffered. Never had an experience like this in 30 years of travel. Managers refused to admit any inconvenience. Surprised this can be on booking and booking also cannot help. Fine - sometimes go like this and amen.

host pessimo, soggiorno da dimenticare a causa del freddo
L'appartamento è molto spazioso comodo e in una posizione accettabile, se non per i lavori in corso. Gli asciugamani erano previsti
La caldaia non va, non viene riparata e l'host fa finta che sia un problema attuale, nonostante le varie recensioni indichino che la caldaia non va da qualche settimana, se non da qualche mese. Nessuno ci ha avvertiti in precedenza del fatto che la caldaia non andasse quindi noi siamo stati 3 giorni in una casa con 15 gradi e senza acqua calda, ovviamente senza la possibilità di lavarsi propriamente. Non sarebbe nemmeno un brutto alloggio se fosse fatta la manutenzione necessaria. Nonostante tutte le lamentele del caso l'host si è rifiutata fino ad ora di fornire un risarcimento, per lo meno parziale, per il disagio causato, consigliandoci di cambiare struttura (non in precedenza, come sarebbe dovuto accadere, ma nel momento in cui noi ci siamo resi conto che la caldaia non sarebbe mai stata riparata). L'alloggio si trova in un vecchio "Negozio" che affaccia sulla strada.

Mancanza di acqua calda e di riscaldamento. Nell'appartamento c'erano 16-17 gradi. L'appartamento è direttamente sulla strada, un po' rumoroso, soprattutto al mattino per il traffico e il ritiro dei rifiuti.

La vicinanza con le fermate dei mezzi pubblici
La caldaia era rotta, nella camera faceva freddo (16gradi) e mancava l'acqua calda. Nessuno di noi ha potuto fare nemmeno la doccia. Nonostante le richieste all'host ho passato più di una ora a cercare di sistemare ma ovviamente non sono un tecnico. Ho chiesto all'host di controllare di persona ma niente, solo dei messaggi w/a. La caldaia perde acqua sopra un cavo elettrico quindi è anche pericoloso. Il quartiere è vicino ad un ospedale per cui rumore di sirene tutta la notte, in aggiunta ci sono parecchi senzatetto nelle vicinanze. La doccia è claustrofobica e in bagno c'è solo un microscopico lavabo con acqua temporizzata e fredda pertanto bisogna lavarsi nel lavello della cucina. Tra le dotazioni è indicata una terrazza, che era ingombra di sacchi di macerie 8vedi foto)

El frente del lugar no ayuda para ubicar el lugar por que esta cono el frente de un negocio e hizo difícil encontrar el lugar. Y en el interior la cocina tiene el piso levantado y roto convirtiéndose en un problema de seguridad con mis 78 años.
