Good stay for a nice price.

No big problems, no mold or anything. Good way to spend the night in Bruxelles. Fit 3 people well. Good utilities in the kitchen.

It was a bit difficult to have no sink in the toilet, walking to the bedroom to wash your dirty hands. Also there were only 2 blankets for 3 people, it was a bit awkward for the 2 having to share.. The bed sheets had some stains in them.

It was an excellent room! Spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was quite nice, about 20 minutes from Grand Place and only 5 minutes from the metro. We visited four different countries during our trip, and this was honestly the best place we stayed. While it was –5°C outside, the temperature inside the room was perfect. The room has radiators that allow you to adjust the temperature yourself as much as you want, which was a huge plus. I contacted the host to ask if early check-in was possible, and they did everything they could to accommodate my request. I would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation.

The only downside I can mention is the noise from the heating system. It didn’t bother me while sleeping, but it’s true that it could be disturbing for someone more sensitive to noise. Also, the cleanliness could be slightly improved. The room was not dirty, but there was a mop left on the floor and it didn’t feel thoroughly swept and mopped

Disappointing

We only got 2 toilet rolls and we were ignored when we asked if we could get more. The WiFi didn’t work. The sleeper couch was lumpy and the springs hurt you. The booking was deceptive as you think you are booking a 2 bedroom apartment as there are no options on the booking, just the pics of the 2 bedroom. When we arrived we were surprised to be in one room with a sleeper couch. My kids are 18 and 16 and found it very uncomfortable

En général, endroit très bien situé et agréable pour un court séjour.

++Très chouette petit appartement, très propre, et avec toutes les commmodités de base. ++ J'ai même demandé un couette supplémentaire que j'ai reçu sands problème. ++ Sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser et jeanette dispo !

--- Gros points défavorables. PAS DE réseau WIFI et donc pas de TELEVISION non plus. Ils ont enovyé quelq'un de très sympa mais qui 'a pas su régler le problème. 3 jours avec un garçon de 14 ans sans télé ni WIFI, croyez-moi, çà a été compliqué. Et pour moi aucun accès à mes mails professionles. En 2026 cela ne peut pas arriver ! Mais insistez pour qu'on vont le réinstalle ou qu'ils vous donnent d'autres codes. Machine à laver en panne. Un peu bruyant le chauffe eau quand il s'allume en pleine nuit, car placé dans la chambre, mais il s'éteind asssez vite. Conseil: Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas, ne serait-ce qu'une seule éponge, une lavette, et un essuie de vaiselle propres à disposition. Il manque peut-etre aussi une tringle pour pendre quelques vêtements et peut-être un lampadaire dans le coin du salon. Cela manque de luminosité le soir pour lire un livre dans le salon. Mais ceci dit, rapport/qualité/prix, c'est parfait. (si AVEC WIFI ;-)

Tesis midi tren garına 2 km. Merkeze de 2 km. Toplu taşıma kullanmayacaksanız konumu iyi değil. Daireye akşam güzel bir uyku uyumak için giriş yaptık. Sabah erkenden uçuşumuz vardı. Ancak bütün gece yüksek sesle çalışan kombi yüzünden uyumak mümkün değildi. Bu durum tatilimizin son gününü işkenceye çevirdi. Daireye girmeden birkaç gün önce hijyen takıntım olduğunu söylememe rağmen çarşaflar lekeliydi ve üzerlerinde saç ve kıllar vardı. Yastığımıza bir şeyler serip yattık. Wifi kesinlikle yok. Brüksel’de 10 Euro fazla verip iyi bir otelde kalabiliyorsunuz. İptal hakkım olsaydı asla kalmazdım. Ücretin bir kısmını iade istedim ama ev sahibi cevap bile vermedi.

Il rumore della caldaia in camera, il fatto che non ci sia una porta in camera e chi si fa la.doccia è alla vista di tutti, ovviamente il bidet che non esiste e il wc freddo

Good price for a family in the center.

Dobra lokalizacja, cichy zakątek niedaleko centrum, wąska uliczka, mały ruch. Mocne ogrzewanie, wyposażona kuchnia, łatwy dostęp. Duży salon, czyste naczynia, udekorowany stół, świeczka i nawet roślina. Toaleta czysta, w porządku.

Hasło od WiFi nie pasowało, zdjęcie poniżej. Trochę rozczarowanie ale zasięg mobilny jest OK. Wieszak byłby nawet dobry ale wymaga drobnej naprawy, patrz zdjęcie. Prysznic nie jest ukryty przed widzami, o tym wiedzieliśmy i akceptujemy, ale można by mieć zasłonę na rurze? Poza tym, gołe ściany trochę jak w akademiku, lecz mają jeden obrazek i ten umila salon.

Struttura accogliente…host ha lasciato anche dei piccoli regalini!posizione buona cucina pulita non mancava nulla anche se non abbiamo usato nulla siamo stati solo di passaggio!!

Questo Studio ha un ottimo potenziale….andrebbe rimproverata chi fa le pulizie della camera abbiamo trovato cuscini sporchi,pulizia fatta giusto per…bisogna lavorare bene!

Parfait pour un court séjour et découvrir Bruxelles.

Proximité de l’appartement de l’ensemble des centres d’intérêts de Bruxelles, tout peut être facile à faire. L’appartement est propre et nous avions du chauffage, de l’eau chaude et des serviettes. Petit plus avec des dosettes de café et du thé.

Il est vrai que les murs sont fins et que l’on peur y entendre les voisins mais ce n’est pas gênant.

A simplicidade, a boa localização e a facilidade em se locomover. Fica perto dos principais pontos turísticos, muito bom.

Não funcionou a internet, o aquecedor tinha hora que funciona e muitas vezes não funcionava. Água quente tinha que ficar mexendo no esquentador e fazia muito barulho do nada, como se em outro lugar precisasse de água quente.

Er waren geen handdoeken en het warme water en de verwarming werkte niet. Pas nadat ik de verwarmingsketel opnieuw had opgestart werkte het warmwater en de verwarming, maar de ketel viel daarna weer uit. Ook wifi werkte niet en er waren ook geen handdoeken aanwezig…
