It’s not a place to put on booking/airbnb, the minimum necessary is just not there (like a working shower)

Good value for money but if you need help with anything there will be no support.

As other people wrote it’s almost impossible to reach the staff. You cannot see it it the photos but the bedrooms are pass through. One needs to go via the first one to be in the next one. It’s a trouble if you are two couples. Additionally no locks in bathroom and people on the house can look into the shower from outside…

quirky old world charm

great old world design. nice art

missing basics like any cooking utensils. also there is zero privacy between rooms as glass doors with no shades. you need to walk through one room to get to other. this should be specified.

Good sized apartment with excellent public transport links.

The pictures are a very good indication of the apartment. The bedrooms are a lovely size with enough storage for a week (more if only using folded clothes). Great bathroom size but shower does take a bit of getting used to. Original features everywhere. Great public transport just outside the door, no noise after about 11pm (Although you may hear upstairs walking around.)

No tea towel or hand towel. Door handles need attention as falling off. Very steep steps to get up to property, but once up it was fine. Bicycle at the door way really didn't help with access. Could have done with details of local restaurants and cafes. (The Greek restaurant nearby was fab.)

Le charme de l’appartement, la déco et spacieux Même si l’absence de micro onde, machine à café et grille pain ( comme annoncé dans les avis ) soit regrettable, il est possible de faire sans. La proximité des bus et tramway sont pratiques pour rejoindre le centre de Bruxelles et la gare midi Nous avons réservé pour un autre séjour en janvier

Een prima appartement voor een weekend in Brussels. Het is ruim genoeg voor een familie of een vriendengroep. Het appart

Het appartement is groot en de locatie is goed.

Er was geen toilet papier aanwezig. Een dag was er geen water in huis. Gebeld met huurder en zij konden ons niet helpen omdat het probleem was in het heel gebouw en niet alleen in het appartement. Het was stressvol omdat het zaterdag was en we waren met zijn vijven. Dus we konden de hele dag niet douchen en niet naar het toilet. Gelukkig heeft de bovenbuurman gebeld met loodgieter en het probleem was in de avond opgelost.

Le logement est juste incroyable. Spacieux, bien décoré avec plusieurs terrasses disponibles. Il est légèrement excentre du centre ville mais cela permet une tarification plutôt basse pour ce type de logement.

Très éloigné du centre ville, absence totale de couteaux de cuisine, épluché légumes bref aucun ustensiles de cuisine (tout ce que vous avez c'est 4 fourchettes, couteaux de table et cuillères à café). Donc préparer qqch est compliqué, vous pourriez avoir une idée d'acheter des plats à réchauffer, mais il n'y a pas de micro-ondes non plus. Lave-linge ne marchait pas. Les draps synthétiques...

- geen koffiezet apparaat - geen keukenhulpmiddelen zoals flessenopener onderzetters kurkentrekker enz. Helemaal niets - geen broodrooster - zelfs geen theedoek om af te drogen - eigenaar niet bereikbaar - wasbak badkamer loopt niet goed door - watercloset blijft soms hangen - niet overal goed schoongemaakt.

Appartement presque correct mais gérants malhonnêtes..

À vrai dire pas grand chose, sauf le rapport qualité prix qui est quand même pas mal, sinon le reste me semble correct sans plus

La non communication des gérants, des marchands de sommeil rien de plus d'après mon expérience, vraiment très dommage, aucune réaction aucune réponse à mes nombreuses demandes, j'en suis même à me demander sérieusement quant à l'honnêteté des propriétaires, pour encaissé l'argent c'est rapide et efficace mais la moindre demande et vous avez face à vous des gens qui ne veulent absolument pas faire face et qui joue la carte de la sourde oreille de manière volontaire, je ne vais pas étaler ma longue mésaventure je n'ai pas pour but de leur nuir mais sincèrement, je n'ai ressenti aucune honnêteté de leur part, pour moi ils sont là uniquement pour le chiffre rien de plus, la rentabilité, ce sont des investisseurs je pense et malheureusement comme la majorité des investisseurs ils ne sont là uniquement pour votre argent le reste ne leur importe peu voir pas, mais côté positif c'est le rapport qualité prix de l'appartement qui est quand même grand, j'ai vécu une très très mauvaise expérience mais chacun son expérience après tout
