Super Appartment

The apartment was clean and conform with the pictures. Truly close to the MidiZuid Train Station in Brussels Center, making it appropriate for displacement.

The stairs to move to one room were not convenient for children under 3 years old.

We could not get in the property. The address was number 48 but only number 48A was on the door. We had no key code and tried ringing all the door bells, nobody answered. We rang the hosts telephone number on 2 separate occasions 30 minutes apart but it was an answer machine. We left messages twice to ring us back but nobody did. We gave up and booked into a hotel ( after trying 4 different hotels which were fully booked) which cost us 199 Euro per couple. A very poor experience for the 4 of us and considering we could not get in a refund of monies already paid should be forth coming.

There were mouses. The owner knew it, but he didn't tell us. We booked for 2 nights but ofcourse we didn't stay when we saw the mouses. He didn't want to pay us back.

So basic with dirty surrounding that I may aswell have been camping

The inside of the property was fairly clean

No City views as advertised just a window looking onto cars and other residences. Entrance hallway was disgustingly dirty full of dirt, bags of rubbish, broken furniture and broken floor tiles. Fishy and sewer smell coming from bathroom. Building site at the back so we couldn’t open the curtains at the back without looking directly at that. No hairdryer No mirrors expect one in bathroom but couldn’t get ready in there because the floor was so slippy. Only 4 towels for 4 people for 3 nights. Cooking equipment was so basic that we had to eat out 3 meals a day.

Massive construction/demolition works going on right outside the bedroom window. From before 8am each day. Not great for a lie in.

Lamentable, había ratones y el dueño no nos hacía caso

El alojamiento es bonito por dentro

No lo recomiendo!!!! No os alojéis aquí!!! Había cagadas de ratones, el último día vimos un ratón y eso que desde el primer momento mandé vídeos de las cagadas al dueño y me dejó en leído… luego nos hizo esperar dos horas a un técnico que vino a arreglar la caldera, perdimos dos horas de nuestro tiempo para visitar Bruselas esperando al técnico, le dije que eso lo tenían que haber hecho antes del chek in que era a las tres y me dejó en leído también, el día antes de entrar le pedimos dejar las mochilas en el apartamento y nos dijo que no podíamos pero luego nos hace esperar al técnico dos horas!!!! Una vergüenza, menudo impresentable el tío…. La ducha no filtraba bien el agua y el calefactor del salón no funcionaba hacía un ruido super estruendoso y había que apagarlo!!!!

nada, es una autentica porqueria

El edifio en obras y suco, no habia sabanas ni toallas suficientes, no iba la calefación, el grifo de la ducha el agua iba muy debil, el grifo del baño estaba roto y tenia vida propia, no repetiria.

Ich möchte diese Unterkunft reklamieren

Es war sehr kalt und die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Dies möchte ich auch reklamieren. Einer der Duschköpfe hat nicht funktioniert. Die Wasserhähne waren falsch eingestellt - bei rot kam kaltes Wasser und bei blau heißes Wasser. Im Badezimmer hat es nach Gülle nach gestunken.

No lo volvería a reservar.

El piso es muy lindo de la puerta para adentro. Faltaron toallas y nos trajeron .

La entrada del edificio parece un lugar abandonado, sucio. La ubicación no es buena . No me gustó el ambiente. La ducha se encontraba totalmente obturada por cabello y jabón. Tuvimos que limpiar nosotros porque el agua no se iba .

Localização próxima a estação Midi

Combinei o Check-in para um horário, chegamos na hora combinada, mas ninguém nos atendeu, entraram em contato via telefone às 22:00, sendo que o combinado era para às 20:00h. Estava com meus netos menores de idade, não podia largar as malas na rua para procurar banheiro para todos e refeições, lamentável está parte

Semplice ma efficiente

Era al 100% fedele alle foto. Era pulita ed in ordine, la caldaia funzionava molto bene con acqua subito calda. Le lenzuola erano pulite e c’erano ausili per poter cucinare

La casa è un po’ umida e frigida in generale, forse perché si trova al piano terra (leggermente sottostante al livello della strada). Il bagno, dopo qualche giorno che lo si utilizzava (noi eravamo in 5) cominciava ad emanare puzza di fogna. Mancavano piatti fondi (c’erano solo piani) e tazze per la colazione (c’erano solo bicchieri).
