The apartment is spacious, and several beds are available. The kitchen is well-equipped and full-sized. Street view is nice (if there is no construction work around); the neighborhood is safe and friendly to walk. The mini-supermarket is next door, and there are many cafes and bars, too.
It was ok for us, but keep in mind that the apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator may not be working, as it was in our case. A wine bottle opener would be a nice addition, and some hangers too. The shower needs an upgrade - the cabin has many non-working features and is not easy to use.

Fica muito bem localizado! As camas são absurdamente confortáveis, tudo muito limpinho e nos foram disponibilizados alguns insumos como sal, café e açúcar. A cozinha estava completamente equipada, foi possível cozinhar para um pequeno grupo.
O único “defeito” é o fato de não ter elevador funcionando no prédio.

Emplacement parfait . Lits confortables. Hôtes très disponibles.
La clé ne correspondait pas à l appartement indiqué dans le mail mais à celui du dessus. Le locataire du dessous avait eu le même problème la veille. La douche et les toilettes ne s´ évacuent pas très bien.
