Zona ottima e con diverse opzioni per mangiare, supermercato a pochi metri e metro a 1 minuto. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la serratura ed è stato prontamente risolto dalla proprietà ed il team di manutenzione.

La pulizia non è da hotel ovviamente ma discreta. L’entrata ha delle scale decisamente ripide e “scomode”

Location and spaciousness

The apt was super hot and the AC was extremely loud so it was not quite convenient to sleep during the heatwave.

Everything ok just maybe not soundproof enough

The location is great with lots of places to eat around it and a short walk to get into the city center; it's really close to the metro, another great thing about it.

The rooms were not exactly clean; not dirty either but the general level of cleanliness would be 6 out of 10. The hot water when you're taking a shower is hot for about 5 seconds out of every 20 seconds, making it a challenging and annoying thing to do. But the worst part is the AC - the room should be equipped with AC but it's a small portable unit that doesn't do anything and can't take the temperature down by even 1 degree. With the room being the actual attic of the building and temperatures above 30 degrees (37 degrees on our first day) and no actual AC, no nets on the windows, we had a hard time sleeping or spending any time in the room. And opening the window in one of the rooms during the night was not an option because of the noise made by all the vents from all the restaurant kitchens around - aside from the smells, it was like having a truck engine turned on in your room.
