A place to spent the night in Brussel

The house is near the train station. You can visit the city centre in a short time. The house is a good place to stay.

Neighbourhood was kinda a strange. There was nothing wrong but it gives a creepy feeling. 3 floors without elevator is kinda exhausting after a long city tour. Rather than a self check in, someone greets you. We didn't know any French or Dutch, but we could manage to communicate with our hands. Last thing to say is there were none pre instructions. We got short replies only after we sent a message in the morning of our staying.

Very comfortable and convenient and we would stay at the same apartment on another visit.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Enough space to move around without running into each other. The apartment was very clean and had all the basic necessities. The host was kind, helpful and stayed in touch as needed. Perfect location. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Highly recommended for a family of 6.

Having to climb 3 flights of stairs with a suitcase. Since this is an apartment, there was no alternative to the stairs so it is not suitable for people with wheelchairs or anyone who can't climb stairs.

Spacious apartment

The location of the apartment is within 150 m to Brussels Midi train station and all other transportation options. Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms with queen double bed each. Big toilet and kitchen.

The host charged extra 20 Euro for extra towels which I paid, and was asking for 400 Euro for deposit for any damages, but I did not pay. Check out was smooth. No elevator so if you have heavy luggage, you have a task to do.

Spacious flat close enough to one of the bigger stations with lots of convenience shops

Lovely, spacious enough flat, 3 double bedrooms, 2 are a good size. Close to one of the bigger train stations (Gare Midi/Zuid Station) with convenience shops, Starbucks, etc. inside. Communication with host was good. If you come with the bus from the airport (Ryanair), it stops at this station, so easy walk to flat.

Neighbourhood outside not great looking (although the flat inside is nice) and street was noisy enough at night. No blackout blinds in bedrooms, all facing the street. Take your earplugs and eye cover for a better sleep. It is on the third floor (about 80 steps), so not for the unfit.

The host was kind and communicative. The apartment is very nice and spacious. Reaching the downtown is fast and easy through the public means but..

...the neightborhood is not very friendly. Someone broke a window and searched in our car. I would not advise if you travel by car.

Los colchones eran muy cómodos , la ubicación para coger trenes, es ideal. El piso estaba bien, para una estancia corta es ideal

Las escaleras para acceder a la vivienda, para personas mayores se hacen complicadas, pequeñas y empinadas El sofá grande se hundía mucho.

Super séjour dans untrès bel appartement

L'appartement était vraiment très très bien . Les chambres étaient spacieuses avec une literie hyper confortable. La climatisation a été très fortement appréciée. Nous avons récupéré les clés auprès de la propriétaire qui a été très sympathique. L'appartement était d'une propreté exemplaire.

Les toilettes dans la salle de bains est un des deux seul bémol avec les 3 étages à monter quand on revient de visiter la capitale belge

La posizione era ottima, vicino alla stazione Midi, comodo per spostarsi in maniera agile. Appartamento minimale ma contenente tutto il necessario.

Migliorerei in alcuni punti la pulizia, pur non risultando sporco in alcuni punti l'alloggio presenta imperfezioni.

Zentrale Lage, Supermarkt und Hauptbahnhof fußläufig, Kneipen und Restaurants ebenfalls gute Ausstattung, sauber

Mit viel Gepäck in die 3. Etage ohne Aufzug ist etwas anstrengend. Ein Badezimmer, also eine Toilette ist ein Engpass bei sechs Personen. Hier und da ist Renovierung notwendig

Armaturen im Badezimmer sehr stark abgenutzt, sollten erneuert werden. Einzelne Möbel verwohnt. Töpfe und Pfannen stark beschädigt und waren nicht nutzbar.

séjour parfait !

L'appartement spacieux et lumineux nous a été donné dans un état de propreté impeccable . La propriétaire est agréable et dans la communication. Les trois chambres offrent une literie de qualité et chacune a une armoire pour ranger ses affaires. La salle de bain est également spacieuse. La cuisine plus petite permet néanmoins de prendre ses repas à 6 sans difficultés . La situation géographique permet de se rendre dans le centre ville en 20 minutes à pied , ce qui est un véritable atout. Il se situe encore plus prés d'une station de métro si besoin.
