Nice city apartment right near the train station

Excellent location good size apartment

The shower pressure was a bit slow, the communication to start wasnt great but from the day we travelled was excellent

Value for money, comfortable stay but stairs would be concern for some travellers.

It was close to the international train station, supermarkets, and halal restaurants.

Brilliant stay - lovely host and clean, spacious flat.

Minutes' walk from Brussels Midi (brilliant for travelling around nearby cities/countries). Apartment is huge, with 3 large bedrooms, large living room and large kitchen/dining room. Really friendly and helpful host who made us feel so welcome. Very clean apartment. Great value for money, especially if you have a group of 5!

Only 1 set of keys for entire group, so required a bit of coordinating. Area of Brussels Midi is a bit rough around the edges, but we easily walked into the city centre. Furnishings a bit worn/low quality, but for the price I really can't complain at all.

the shower head needs to be fixed urgently. The bathroon ceiling looks not pleasant . No fresh bath mat. The shower door is very wired & noisy, not easy to get in the shower The sofa bed in the 3rd room is too noisy to be used .

The staff is flexible and accommodating. We were able to check in early in short notice after they checked and confirmed the apartment is ready.

No elevator. A bit exercise when moving in and out with luggages. Not a deal breaker.

Passable

The apartment is huge. Even bigger that expected. The rooms were clean and new. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is great.

There was no warm water in the shower. Only once during our stay one person was able to get a warm shower. We contacted the host about this issue and they simply said that everything works fine, when it wasn't working fine. When we opened one of the windows, the wind was so strong that it crashed and broke into the wall. We responsibly contacted the host right away and offered to pay for it since it might be our fault. They didn't fix the window during our stay, leaving the whole room cold(it's winter, so it's 0 degrees outside). The host kept asking for us to pay for the window the same day, right away, even though they weren't going to fix it. We said we will give the money when we get to the apartment, because we're tourists out and about in the city all day. They kept pressuring us to say when exactly we'll be back. At the end of the night they didn't come for the money, which is fine. But the next morning they started knocking on the door and calling repeatedly at 7 AM. This is ridiculous and really unpleasant. Also it was very unkind to us as customers. They assumed we weren't going to pay for the window even though we contacted them right away. Made us feel pressured the last 2 days of our stay.

Great location! Only a few minutes walk from the Brussels South station which suited us perfectly as we were doing quite a bit of city hopping from Brussels. Although availability of Wi-Fi was not listed on Booking.com, we were pleasantly surprised to find it in the apartment. The host was extremely receptive to all our queries. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Very well equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, oven, refrigerator and every utensil and cutlery you can think of - again perfect for us since we had a small child. The bedrooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds and ample wardrobe space. In a nutshell - highly recommended!

This apartment was nothing like it was described! The host was not there but send a guy who just dropped the keys on the table and left. We booked for 6 people and there were 5 beds. Two of us had to sleep on a sofa bed for one person. There was no way we could get hot water in the shower. We had to call Booking because the host was not responding. We told the host that there was no hot water. The host said that it was working and it was us that could not make it work. The bed frame fell apart in the middle of the night. The furniture were all in terrible condition. There was a step in bare wood in one of the bedrooms and my son hurt himself twice. The TV was not working. The tap in the kitchen was falling apart.

Fantastic spacious apartment in great Brussels location! Definitely recommended.

Fantastic location. 5 mins walking distance to main Eurostar trainstation, 5 minutes from grocery store. Only 25 min walk into centre town. Very roomy and comfortably housed 5 adults, with all the necessary amenities. Host was very helpful and friendly.

It is up three flights of stairs, which could be difficult for some people.

Es un departamento muy amplio y extremadamente cómodo, ideal para hospedar hasta 6 personas. Me esperaron con las llaves, fue fácil el ingreso. Está muy cerca de la estación de trenes Bruselas Mid.

La ubicación no es mala, pero se encuentra a unas cuantas cuadras de las zonas turísticas. Se puede llegar caminando. Por la noche, por cuestiones de seguridad, es recomendable regresar en Uber

Lo mejor la ubicación. Está a un minuto andando de la estación midi. Muy cómodo para el tren o el metro 3 habitaciones con su sala y su cocina. Para pasar unos días perfecto. Sin lujos pero cumple para estar cómodos y amplios durante la estancia Nos nevó y para nada notamos frío La ubicación al estar cerca de la estación parecía poco segura. Para nada fue así. No tuvimos problema alguno

Buena estancia

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la Gare -Midi y a 25´de la Gran Place. La limpieza muy bien, la anfitriona nos estaba esperando para la entrega de llaves.

El sofa cama hace muchisimo ruido cuando te mueves, es necesario un cambio urgente. Un a de las camas grandes tiene el colchon blando , la otra dura y es perfecta. Tienen que dar solución al enchufe del microondas. Es un segundo sin ascensor que así lo pone en el anuncio pero con unas escaleras muy estrechas.
