Perfect Stay for a Brussels Visit

The host was very helpful and explained all details clearly before the check-in and check-out process. All facilities were fully furnished, comfortable, and spacious. We will definitely stay at this place next time if we revisit Brussels

No lift, which was a minor inconvenience, but understandable due to the structure of the building.

Comfortable, sparkling clean apartment

Spacious, modern apartment which is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Close to Midi station which suited us as we did day trips to Ghent and Bruges. Bus 48, a minute away, took us to Grand Place. Owners were very obliging and answered any queries we had very promptly.

Spacious flat close to downtown

This is a very stylish, clean and spacious flat with comfortable double bed and well-equipped kitchen. The flat is very close to the main train station, there are multiple supermarkets. Public bicycle station and downtown is quite close.

The location and comfort of Cozy South-up really enhanced my enjoyment of my time in Brussels.

Location was fantastic and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

I had a problem collecting the key from the first lock box - it needed a bit of jiggling and I'm not very patient with that sort of thing. In the positive, I must emphasise that all directions were exceedingly clear and reinforced with photographs.

Great location, cozy apartment and amazing hosts.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was so cozy and really felt like a place we could feel at home. The public transit to the city center and to the train station was convenient and easy. The neighborhood was peaceful and enjoyable to walk around. The owners were so friendly and helpful and communicative!

This really isn't a con, but just know there are steps to whichever apartment you choose. We were up 4 flights of stairs, but it was totally fine. Just be prepared. It happened to be very hot when we were there and there was no air conditioning. However, the hosts gave us a fan and it was perfectly comfortable with that running.

Very clean and bright apartment

The apartment was very clean with everything you should need, all in excellent working condition. The entry instructions were super clear and very easy.

Unfortunately I thought the apartment was close to the heart of Brussels so it was my error. The location is quite close to the main rail station but this area wasn't the nicest or the most convenient.

Comfortable, Secure & Clean

Very clean, light apartment in a secure building. The bed is really comfortable. Located about a 15 minute flat walk from Brussels Midi Zuid Train Station and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Cozy Up has 4 flights of very step stairs up to it which makes carrying suitcases up difficult. This is not a problem if you are prepared for it, just good to consider when booking, if you don't like stairs book one of the 2 lower apartments in the same building.

good location for trips from train station

Since I was in town earlier than the agreed check in time, i chanced to ask if it might be possible to check in to the room earlier, and the room was really already finished and i was able to drop off my stuff and enjoy the afternoon in brussels . thanks again! the location is very close to the main train station (brussels zuid/midi) so thats perfect if you want to go on day trips like i did. its also still very walkable to the city centre.

Everything was thoroughly laid out and decorated. We had everything we needed, including heater, kitchenware, streaming apps like Netflix/Disney+/YouTube.

If I had to name one, it would be the stairs… It’s on 4th floor, and we carried our luggage all the way up, lol

The apartment is bright and cheerful with high ceilings, but excellent darkout shades for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easy to adjust. Excellent modern appliances and easy to operate.

The only real negative was the shower water, which took a long time to heat up and then ran out fairly quickly.

A very pleasant, comfortable first floor flat. Quiet, no vertical sound transmission and nothing external at the back where the bedroom is; little street noise during the day with windows open, none when closed.

The key box is high up and difficult to reach, more detailed instructions for using it would have been helpful.

Absolutely perfect!

I love how clean and well curated the property is. All you need is there and even more. The neighborhood is vibrant and really make you feel as part of the city. Also very quiet and private. There is even a small terrace at the back where is possible to seat and enjoy a characteristic view of the courtyards of the adjacent properties. Quick responses as well for the check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!!

Een heerlijk apartement op een mooie locatie

Het was een heerlijk rustig gelegen en goed ingericht apartement, op een mooie locatie in St Gilles. Zo'n 15 minuten lopen van het treinstation Brussel Zuid, heel praktisch. Het was er rustig, comfortabel en schoon, met als bonus een klein dakterras. Wat ook fijn was: de host reageerde snel op onze vragen. We zijn geen enkel probleem tegengekomen.

Een kleine tip: een tweede nachtkastje zou handig zijn.

Super Wohnung

Private Wohnung in einem Haus. Zugang einfach und gut erklärt. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell online auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist super für Paare, die in Brüssel unterkommen. Der Bus vor der Tür fährt direkt ins Zentrum und zum Südbahnhof kann man zu Fuß gehen.

Гарна квартира, в якій враховані всі потреби відпочиваючих: можливість регулювати температуру в приміщенні, фен, праска, кавомашина, тостер, мікрохвильовка, холодильник, посудомийна машина, плита, блендер. Нам було зручно і комфортно. Дякуємо господарям. Поруч автобус 48, який іде до центру та вокзалу, маленькі магазинчики та невелика кулінарія, де можна купити все від супу до десертів, якщо ви не встигли щось приготувати.

Не зрозуміли спочатку як поводитись зі сміттям. Допомогла наша гід..

Perfecto para tu visita a Bruselas

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy limpio, olía fenomenal, la cama muy cómoda. La cocina limpia y muy equipada. El anfitrión te deja cápsulas de café. Las toallas como las de hotel. Te deja gel y champú. Mobiliario muy nuevo. Muy acogedor. La ubicación es un barrio multicultural pero sin problema ninguna. A diez minutos andando de las estación sur de tren para ir a Gante, Brujas, al aeropuerto, a la estación central. Aunque para ir a la grande place y al centro tienes el autobús 48 en la puerta del apartamento que es directo.
