Not suitable for business travel

Not suitable for business travel: despite requesting an invoice, the property manager provided only an unclear “booking receipt” and then stopped responding, forcing me to request reimbursement. The heating makes strange noises, and the frosted windows with harsh, cold lighting create an eerie atmosphere.

very small and no windows... sleeping area gets hot in the summer and fan is quite noisy (might be worth upgrading to a quieter alternative)

There is no couch in the apartment but wasn’t an issue as it meant we kept busy!

Perfect for a city break has everything you need for comfort and aamenities

Close to ameneties clean and comfortable the bed was especially nice

Apartamento muy cuco para pasar unos días pero necesita algunos cambios.

La comunicación con el dueño/a fue súper rápida y buena. Esta bien localizada en cuanto a que tiene el metro o estación cerca, así como comercios, pero como a 35min del centro andando. El apartamento estaba limpio.

La cama es muy incómoda. Tiene una especie de agujero en el centro debido al desgaste y te muevas o te coloques como te coloques, te hunde para el centro. Duele la espalda y no se duerme bien. Sería conveniente cambiar el colchón porque nosotros le dimos la vuelta y ni con esas conseguimos evitar el hundimiento del centro. No tiene nada de limpieza o geles o básicos para cocinar pero se puede comprar en el supermercado cercano.

Impersonnel, pas de lumière de chevet dans la chambre , serviette de toilette en guise de tapis de sol dans la salle de bain . Que les fenêtres donnent directement sur la rue …. Pas évident d’aérer la pièce en gardant un peu d’intimité ..

Schönes, modernes Zimmer mit separater Schlafzimmer-Ecke. Zu Fuss zum Grossen Markt ca. 35 min, ruhige Straße, die ganze Gegend weniger. Viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Erdgeschoss

Es gab ein Problem mit den Abflüssen, sowohl im Bad als auch in der Küche. Das Wasser ist sehr schlecht abgeflossen. Kein Toaster

VACANZA A BRUXELLES

Appartamento al piano terra luminoso ed accogliente, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Situato fuori dal centro storico, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, a due passi dalla metro, bar, negozi, locali di Saint Gilles e vicino alla stazione Midi. Staff gentile e disponibile che risponde tempestivamente alle richieste cercando di andare incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima soluzione per visitare Bruxelles e anche le città di Bruges, Gand e Anversa, che sono facilmente raggiungibili in treno.

Décoration d'excellent gôut, vraiment comme dans un magazine ! trés plaisant

le fait que l'appartement soit au rez de chaussé, il faut le préciser. car il n y'avait pas de barreaux pour sécuriser les fenetres. (donc un peu inquiétant la sécurité) et aucun rideaux pour occulter la lumiere du jour. ce qui est trés trés étonnant. et particulier il faut que le prestataire le déclare. ni canapé , ni TV, ni table de nuit

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Logement très agréable, propre, bien situé et confortable. La déco est charmante et le quartier est très calme.

Il n’y avait pas de volets ni rideaux, mais ce n’est pas totalement dérangeant si on aime être réveillé par la lumière du jour. Pas de balai et pas d’ustensiles adaptés pour mélanger les aliments dans la poêle et la casserole.

Nagyon tetszett a szállás, szép volt és ízléses a berendezés, tiszta volt és kényelmes. Jó helyen volt közel mindenhez. Nagyon rugalmasak voltak, le tudtuk tenni a bőröndjeinket 11 kor, hogy el mehessünk ebédelni amíg elkészül a takarítás a szoba átvételéhez.
