We had a good stay!

The apartment was clean, functional and well located, in proximity to all services and the train station. Large fridge and good electrical appliances. Lots of towels.

The shower set-up is not practical and the pillows could be upgraded.

Cosy and warm with all the facilities around.

Very nice warm and cozy apartment, lots of restaurants, bars and shops around, few minutes walking to take the public transport. 25 min walking to the train station. I work stay over again.

Cama y sofá muy cómodos, cocina muy completa, muy limpio.

Solo había una toalla de baño por persona. No había alfombra de baño ni toalla de lavabo.

Excellente alternative de séjour à Bruxelles avec un rapport qualité prix appréciable

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la relation avec le gestionnaire du logement qui a montré beaucoup de disponibilité et d'attention pour que notre séjour soit facile et agréable ; merci beaucoup pour l'accueil !

Sólo un pequeño detalle para mejorar. Las sábanas del sofá cama deben estar igual de limpias qué las de la habitación, qué estaban impecables. Pero es totalmente mejorable.

Apartamento muy bien equipado en barrio agradable, son muchos servicios y bien comunicado

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, el apartamento está totalmente equipado (electrodomésticos, muchas toallas, sábanas, mantas y varias almohadas) por lo que tuvimos todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Le comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy rápida y buena, e incluso nos pudo facilitar la entrada más pronto de la hora estipulada porque el apartamento estaba vacío desde temprano. El método de recogida de llaves con caja y código es autónomo, por lo que no hubo ningún tipo de espera. Todo estaba muy limpio y el barrio es muy agradable, con supermercado, panadería, lavandería, varios restaurantes y cafetería de especialidad todo al lado! repetiríamos sin duda.

El único inconveniente era que la bañera no desaguaba bien y eso hacía que se acumulara agua al ducharte y que el baño oliera un poco mal, al comunicarlo al anfitrión fue súper amable y nos dijo que no tenía ni idea sobre este problema, que no lo habían avisado; se ofreció a que nos lo arreglaran ese mismo día, pero preferimos que lo arreglaran a nuestra partida. Así que seguro que quedó solucionado. :)

Soddisfatti

Nell'appartamento c'è tutto il necessario. Letti molto confortevoli. Pulizia buona. Servizi vicinissimi, aperti fino alle ore 20 (Carrefour e Farmacia) e sotto casa un Market aperto tutta la notte. Fermata Metro "Horta" a 200 metri.

Non ci sono tende "normali" alle finestre, ma solo ci sono solo tende oscuranti. Se al posto della doccia/vasca ci fosse solo la doccia sarebbe più confortevole, ma il suo servizio l' ha fatto comunque.

Estancia muy agradable

Podía ir andando a los sitios, está relativamente cerca de todo. Hay un supermercado al lado , que es muy practico. A mí hija cuando llegábamos ya tarde, la encantaba ver la TV, con los canales de niños.

La ducha ,que tenía bañera.

Este aproape de mijloace de transport. Cartier sigur, animat, supermarket-uri și restaurante în apropiere.

Foarte frig în primele 2 nopți. M-a deranjat atitudinea proprietarului care ne-a atenționat prin mesaj pe booking asupra consumului de apa și electricitate. Mi se pare absurd sa pui la dispoziția persoanei care a închiriat un apartament cu 13 °C temperatura din apartament și sa ai pretenția ca acea persoana sa nu folosească cele 2 invertoare puse la dispozitie. As recomanda pe viitor sa aibă în vedere ca temperatura din apartament sa fie adaptata conditiilor de locuit.

Séjour parfait au centre du quartier de St-Gilles

Très bien agencé, clair et confortable! Déco sobre et de bon goût ( du mien en tout cas). Deux pièces bien séparées. Cuisine bien équipée dans lequel il est possible de faire de la vraie cuisine. Proximité des commerces, et des transports publiques. Vie de quartier.

L’immeuble est calme mais la rue peut être un peu bruyante. Sans problème si les fenêtres sont fermées.
