Generally I am satisfied with our stay in Brussels

Localisation - 30 min walk to Grand Place Big apartament and generally clean Toster, coffee machine, coffee and tea, oil Elevator in the building Close vicinity of food shops

Lack of soap Used sponge for washing dishes Insufficient amount of bath gel and toilet paper Clogged sink in the bathroom Leaky windows

wonderful place, accessible and cozy

The apartment was great,spacious&cozy,close to stores and restaurants.Large&well equipped kitchen for a family;close to tram station and to walking distance from Gare de Midi.

The light bulb in the bathroom was not working and the hall could use a hanger. It was not my case but, the couch in the living room has the window to the tram station and could disturb the sensitive sleeper.

Rent a flat not recommended

Clean , modern and very roomy.

Blurb said soap provided- only 40mls of liquid soap plus 40 mls shampoo provided for 2people for 4 days. Ran out of toilet psper on day 3 , when contacted was told to go to nearest supermarket. Bed extremely squeaky and uncomfortable.

Highly recommended stay

Flat was really spacious and clean. I loved the natural light of the flat. Location was perfect too for the travel. Midi station was just 12 mins walk. The mattress was super comfy. Felt like home away from home.

Disappointing for all the money I paid for 3 days

I love the fact that the apartment was big and clean

There is no microwave i couldn’t warm any food for the baby and myself. This was really disappointing also no sponge to clean plates and even liquid soap to wash . No broom or nothing to clean the floor if water throws. I had a difficult stay with my kids . The iron also wasn’t able to connect to the socket

Good appartment in a bad neighbourhood

It was a large and clean appartment.

We couldn t make the check - in before 2 o clock and we walked through the town carring the luggage, the couch wasn t too clean and the neighbourhood was bad with no "european stores ". They forgot to give us soap at the toilet.

would pass this one

shower drain was completly blocked when I arrived, impossible to shower. putting this in the positive because I sent a note to the property and they sent someone to fix next day. So point for that, too bad the smell after they fixed was unbearable and I had to leave the apartment with all windowns open and come back hours later to still feel the very bad smell from the sweage.

coming back late at night felt very unsafe with drunk and drugged people fighting in the street. door of the bedroom does not close. kitchen need tools, there's not enough for basic cooking.

Property was clean , spacious and practical for my stay. It was a perfect " Home away from home"

The instruction for key collection from the host was very straight forward and clear.

Very good stay !

The apartment looks new and is well located, close to the train station (Gare Midi). It is a big and comfortable apartment with everything required for a short stay. The coffee and coffe machine are a plus, very appreciated ! Easy checking and checkout.

It is a little bit noisy due to the tramway and neighborhood, mainly for the ones that will sleep in the living room, that is also very enlighted.

Excellent location & Very clean property...

Property is in good location and there are no issues safety wise if you are travelling with family. The house was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos and the check-in instructions were very clear. Metro station is not too far away and there is a tram station just outside the property. Overall very good experience.

Gorgeous modern flat, had everything we needed for our stay

A little far out from places like Grand Place but we got to see more of Brussels which we liked, nowhere is too far that a quick ride on a scooter doesn’t fix!

Good place for short trips or long trips. The apartment is completely with everything you need and very quiet. The space is very large and comfortable. I recommend if you want to stay in Brussels.

Nice heating system. Supermarkets, bakerys and more in the surroundings. Convenient "check-in" Elevator

If you are coming with a baby this place might not be for you. There was no microwave in the apartment. the sidewalks were in very bad shape and very steep. Pushing the kid's stroller around was a pain.

The location is amazing, the facilities are great, the host is responsive and helpful. The apartment is very roomy.

The bed was very hard and had a big pit in the middle, which made the bed uncomfortable to sleep in as a couple. As a result, one person slept on the sofa, which is a pity when you come on holiday. The sink did not drain well, which was not very hygienic.

Very nice spacious flat. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. Quiet. good location 15 mins walk from Gare du Midi and with Carrefour and Brasserie Verschueren nearby. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

The TV didn't seem to be connected to channels. Not a big deal but would have been nice if it worked. I don't like coffee makers that use capsules. Would have preferred a cafetiere or filter machine. But small point.
