Small but stylish apartment with good facilities and in a good location

A neat and well-equipped apartment in a convenient location. We walked there from Brussels Midi. Ideal for a short stay.

There was one unfortunate incident! My partner arrived before my son and I and let himself in to the apartment using the door code only to find a couple in the room already. To give the hosts credit they were very apologetic and sorted this out very quickly -within an hour they relocated the couple and cleaned the apartment but they maybe need to check their booking system?!

Good apartment not far from Bruxelles-Midi

It’s a good choice if you want a self-catering apartment while exploring Belgium. I initially looked at properties closer to the Midi station, but the reviews were mainly saying how dodgy that area was. This apartment was in a nicer area that was not far from the station at all - you can take a 5 min trip on a tram or a bus (best to pay by card on the transport, the app doesn’t always work), or you can even walk. This is a clean, well-decorated self-catering apartment, even with a proper oven (no freezer though, but probably not that necessary), Nescafe coffee machine, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, everything, although I’d recommend the owners to get a cutting board. No lift, but it took me about 2 minutes to get the suitcase gradually up the two flights of stairs, it is very doable.

Excellent value for money

Everything was brand new, the beds were very good, and the shower too.

We didn't like that there was no separation between the rooms, not even a curtain.

schade wegen der Doppelbuchung

Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Man kann in der Straße kostenlos parken. Durch den Zugang mit Code kan man slebständig einchecken. Das ganze Haus ist wohl so vermietet.

Leider konnten wir dort gar nicht übernachten, da das Appartment doppelt gebucht war. Als wir kamen, waren bereits Mieter im Appartment. Dem Vermieter war diese Doppelbuchung durch booking.com wohl nicht klar und dachte an eine Verwechslung. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis booking.com sich bei uns meldete und eine andere Unterkunft in der Nähe vorschlug. Es war ein grosser Umstand. Allerdings bekamen wir das zuviel gezahlte Geld, dass wir in der anderen Unterkunft zahlen mussten, zurück. Zur Wohnung: leider gibt es kein seperates Schlafzimmer. Die Räume gehen ineinander über.

Localização muito boa, bem proximo ao onibus e bonde. Apartamento com instalações de cozinha, microondas, frigobar, utensilios de cozinha. maquina de café e aquecedor.

Apartamento é na verdade uma kitnet, sala e cozinha junto, cama muito pequena para casal, a outra cama fica na cozinha que é junto com a sala, o chuveiro fica em um comodo, e a privada e pia em outro comodo. Banheiro faz muito barulho por conta do exaustor. Não há toalha de rosto.

Todo estaba muy nuevo y limpio, tenía sábanas y toallas, pudimos aparcar en la calle, bien iluminado.

Para acceder al apartamento hay unas escaleras empinadas, es un poco justo para 4 personas.
