Very good apartment and very well located in Brussels

The apartment is great and has all the facilities that are needed to have a good stay.

In addition to the bed, there was a sofa that we used as bed for our daughters, and this one is quite hard and rough to sleep on, good for a couple of days and light children but cannot fit for longer periods or normal sized persons.

It was perfectly located for the railway station , especially as I left very early in the morning.

The flat is spacious , clean , comfortable and well equipped. Very good value for money . I will certainly return .

The location is very convenient but the area around the Midi railway station is somewhat dirty. But the city centre is not far.

Nice apartment, not so nice area.

Nice apartment, close to the station but the area isn't the nicest.

The outside area was really run down and the Outlook is rather unpleasant view of the back of buildings.

Before booking this apartment I was told that I could leave my baggage in the apartment for a couple of hours after the check out as we had a late flight, but on that day I was told it wasn’t possible

Location, spacious apartment

it was extremely hot in the apartment, the air conditioner that was working (the mobile one) has a very bad smell, we stayed very little in the apartment because it was not comfortable inside of it.. Luckily, it rained in the evening, so we could open the windows, otherwise we would probably have checked out earlier

Everthing you need for a couple, or four prople.

Large, clean one bedroom with King Size bed and Sleeper Sofa. No lift, but only 13 steps to apartment. Fresh ground coffee, coffee maker, electric tea maker with selection to teas, sugar, creamer. Full kitchen. Nice bathroom. Walking distance to train station and city center. WiFi, hairdryer, Anca was lovely. Our train was 30 minutes late and she waited for us and helped with our luggage. Extremely friendly.

TV was all in Flemish language. No English TV. Neighborhood is not as clean as I would have liked.

Great apartment in a brilliant location! Great for a couple or small group!

The apartment was in a great location - close to the train station for easy access into the centre and to other areas. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable and more than big enough for 2 people on each. The apartment was spacious and the terrace area was lovely.

Good staying near Midi

This is a spacious flat with all amenities less than 5 minute from Brussels Midi Station. It certainly is newly renovated inside plus all kitchen utilities to cook inside. Good comfy sleep as well. wifi/internet connection was stable, no issues. Lot's of shopping choices around and a nice 10-15mins walk to Grande Place. I'm happy that I found this place, and was actually very late booking due to eurostar train delays. Thank you!

Everthing...the owner was very good and explained everything well, the apartment was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again.

The shower leaked but this was a very minor fault and did not affect our stay at all.

Nous n'étions pas très loin des zones touristiques. Soit marcher un peu ou nous avons pris le métro qui était tout prêt.

première fois que je suis déçu avec booking

Hôte très désagréable, à peine bonjour, pas un sourire, un rdv avait été pris entre 16 et 17 h pour remise des clés et aucune réponse au téléphone à 16 h15, il a fallu envoyer en WhatsApp sur conseil d'amis, perte de temps. Le canapé lit n'est vraiment pas confortable et la taille de la couette n'est pas adaptée, bcp trop petite. Dès le lendemain avant l'heure officielle de départ ils attendaient que l'on quitte l'appartement, avec une froideur.... Sinon c'est propre et équipé de façon standard.

Ubicación, junto a la estación del sur, muy práctico para hacer excursiones. Y el apartamento tenía de todo para sentirte como en casa.
