Good value, lots of problems

The location was very good and close to everything we wanted to see and get to, the bed was very comfortable and the decorations were cute The value was good

There were a lot of small things that on their own would've been pretty insignificant, however they did add up very quickly and became bothersome. Like some have said before me, there is no mirror in the bathroom, and the door to the bathroom doesn't close well, neither does one of the cupboards. Other things that we've noticed are that only one of the bedside lamps had a lightbulb, there's no AC, just an electric heater with a half melted remote and a fan, the radiators were fine but the one in the bathroom didn't have enough pressure and only heated the bottom part. Last but not least, the provided frying pan from the cabinet was not compatible and did not work with induction stove in the apartment. About the host, our experience was not the best. Firstly, they gave us the wrong code for the lockbox. While they resolved it pretty quickly, it was an unpleasant start to our stay. Secondly, they didn't really answer to messages from before the stay, and during the only message they responded to within the hour was the lockbox problem one, so their response time wasn't the best. They said they changed the message management system and that's why they had problems responding, so take my experience with a grain of salt, but it was unpleasant overall. The value was pretty good, but there were some problems overall.

Beautiful stay in an old building!

The only two bad things that I have in mind are that the bathroom didnt have a mirror and that the bed was veeery uncomfortable.

No air-conditioning, despite claiming it did

Location was convenient near train station and not far from city centre.

Accommodation was advertised as having air conditioning, there was none. It was very warm and made it difficult to sleep. Opening windows was not an option as it was too loud and bright lights outside.

Très bon séjour, logement bien équipé et confortable, excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Le lit était particulièrement confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. La literie, y compris les coussins, est de grande qualité. La décoration est soignée et agréable, ce qui rend le lieu chaleureux. Les hôtes sont accueillants, disponibles et à l’écoute, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour.

Petit point à améliorer : l’ajout d’un miroir dans la salle de bain serait appréciable, même si ceux dans le salon sont utiles.
