Uncomfortable!!!

The location is best. The tram bus top is just few minutes away.

The apartment wasn’t clean upon arrival; however, the toilet had fecal matter in it. The bathtub drain was blocked, causing water to pool during showers. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling was leaking, and there were not enough blankets provided.

The apartment was comfortable and its warmth was obvious. It is as it was pictured and it is located in a really good place

The apartment is located in a great area, close to several shops and excellent local restaurants and cafes (the cat cafe is next door). The city centre can be reached by public transport in 25 minutes. The apartment is spacious and cosy, with a coffee machine and all other cooking utensils in the kitchen. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and bright.

The only drawback is the sound insulation: you can hear the neighbours and noise from the street, but it doesn't bother us much.

Lovely and cozy apartment in Brussels, in the heart of Art Nouveau architecture

The apartment is bright and spacious, great for couples or small families. We traveled with our one year old and we liked it a lot. Nice area, well connected, with lots of cafes, supermarkets, bakeries and beautiful architecture. Bonus for the cat cafe just next door! Very well equipped, maybe even suitable for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is perfect for a family of four with kids (without a stroller). It’s beautifully furnished, clean, and has a modern look that made us feel right at home. Shops, restaurants, and public transport are all within walking distance — super convenient for exploring Brussels! Just a note: there’s no elevator, so if you’re bringing a stroller or heavy luggage, keep that in mind. Still, we’re very happy and satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended for families who want a cozy, stylish, and central base in Brussels!

Nuevo y bien equipado pero lejano del metro.

Apartamento bastante nuevo, cómodo y bien equipado. En general la estancia es agradable.

Está a unos 10-15min de nuestra parada de metro. Las cortinas apenas quitan la luz del día y se escucha mucho cuando alguien sube/baja fuera, por lo que te puedes despertar fácilmente.

Appart au top bien.placé

Appart propre, bien placé , bien équipé (draps, serviettes, wifi) bonne literie. Arrivée autonome.On a passé un chouette séjour. On recommande !

Il manque juste des volets ou des doubles rideaux car il.y a de la lumière la nuit et on est reveillé tôt avec la lumière du jour.

Emplacement parfait pas loin de Rue Bailli, avec pleins de restaurants super sympa. L’appartement est confortable, parfait pour quelques jours ou un week-end prolongé à Bruxelles. Propre avec une petite terrasse.
