About this apartment rental

Welcome to our house! A contemporary loft in a super-secure, attic condominium. A few minutes walk from the International Station (Thalys / Eurostar) and a few minutes walk from the historic center (Grand Place / Manneken Pis etc ...)
The Loft is 115 m² with a beautiful terrace of 17 m².There are two bedrooms, a bathroom design, kitchen, dining room and living room with a beautiful terrace.
Sheets and towels provided. Iron and ironing board available in the Loft.
The Italian design shower room. In addition, we provide you with soaps, shampoos and hair dryers.

This is, by far, the nicest flat we’ve stayed in so far on our month long Europe trip! Nice touches with decor and sleek, functional amenities. The neighborhood appears a bit rough but was still very safe. Located five minutes from the train station (by foot) it’s a very convenient spot. Quick Uber ride to “The Place” and many fantastic restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were given a warm welcome with a walk through of apartment and orientation of the local area. Apartment was comfortable and secure, with all essentials supplied (linen, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen and WiFi). Enjoyed balcony and great lounge room, great styling and comfortable atmosphere. Location a major plus - easy walking distance to Bruxelles-Midi for international train links and local transport network. Two shops on same street as apartment for self catering and another (near ATMs and post office) in Bruxelles-Midi. Easy check in and check out. Communication with Michele prompt and effortless. Thanks for a great stay!

Very large apartment, but weirdly laid-out...the (big) bathroom is just a sink/shower. The toilet is at the very opposite end of the apartment, in a tiny little room (with no ventilation). The shower itself is fantastic, but the bathroom sink is the weirdest, stupidest design Ive ever seen. The living room couch is fantastic though, and the beds were the most comfortable Ive had yet in an AirBnB-style place.

This loft is every bit as lovely as it looks in the photos. It is quite spacious and one of the nicest apartments that we have rented as a family! If we come to Brussels again, this is the first place I would look to rent.

While the property itself is very nice, it does have a funky layout with the toilet being completely across the flat from the bathroom/shower area. Additionally, the property location is a bit sketchy (especially at night). While it is very close to the Midi train station which was nice for its' convenience, it was about a mile walk to the heart of Brussels. I would look for a place closer in to town or skip Brussels altogether and stay in Ghent or Brugghes next time -- both BEAUTIFUL AND CHARMING.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, calme, moderne et confortable. Le quartier est populaire et en travaux mais proche de la gare Bruxelles midi pour départ et arrivée. Pour ceux qui aiment marcher le centre historique n’est pas trop loin.

All in all the Appartment is nicely decorated and placed in the heart of Brussels. Before you book this Appartement, be aware of renting 1 room with sunshine during the entire night as no window blinds are installed. TV was not working and no WiFi available although promised in the description.

Superbe loft en effet avec tout le confort nécessaire et une chouette déco. Tout compris : ménage, linge de maison, capsules café, parking privé... Très bien situé près de la gare Bruxelles midi et à deux stations de la Grand Place à partir de la station Lemonnier toute près. Quartier vivant et cosmopolite. Très bons contacts avec la propriétaire. Accueil attentionné d'Armando. Un seul petit bémol déjà signalé par des précédents locataires : la chambre qui donne sur la cour intérieure éclairée toute la nuit n'est pas équipée de stores occultants. C'est gênant pour s'endormir. Une excellente adresse.

Muy buena comunicación con Michele, respuestas rápidas y siempre con soluciones. Apartamento con buena calefacción y muy buena iluminación. Si tienes coche, es muy bueno tener garage para dejar el coche. Rápido acceso a las autopistas para ir a Gante o Amberes. A un paso del área comercial o del downtown.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und stylisch eingerichtet mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht.Perfekt für eine 4 Köpfige Familie.Bruno hat uns empfangen und mit allem vertraut gemacht, beginend mit der Bedienung der Eingangstoren bis hin zu Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt.Was uns auch gut gefallen hat war die Abstellmögligkeit für das Auto.Es ist nämlich ein eigener Platz im Parkhaus.Um dahin zu kommen braucht man Fernbedienung für das doppelte Enfahrtstor !Den hatten wir auch...... Ein negativer Punkt habe ich aber noch. Wegen fehlender Gardienen /Jalousinnen ist Einschlafen im Kinderzimmer sehr mühsam da das Licht von draußen rein kommt und den ganzen Raum hell macht.Hier wäre eine Verbesserung meiner Meinung nach, angebracht. Sonst, danke an Michelle für die schnellen Antworten und coole Wohnung und an Bruno für die ganzen nützlichen Infos! Gruß Emir

El apartamento está genial, muy buena ubicación ya que a 10 min caminando puedes llegar a la Grand-Place o el Manneken Pis, además tienes supermercados cerca por si te apetece comprar algo. Charlotte es una chica muy agradable que te recibe y orienta. Cuentas con aparcamiento privado y sobre todo es muy seguro.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et aux descriptions : spacieux et moderne. Le quartier est ideal pour decouvrir Bruxelles : station de metro a l'angle, 15' a pieds du centre. Pratique aussi pour les restaurants et epiceries, boutiques de fruits et legumes situés tout pres. Par contre, difficile de bien dormir avec les bruits de la fete forraine ( Foire du Midi bd du Midi en juillet et aout) jusqu'a 1h/2h du matin dans la chambre principale et la lumiere de la cour qui eclaire toute la nuit la 2eme chambre. Pour cette derniere, des stores ou rideaux pourraient resoudre le probleme. Nous avons ete deçus du manque de propreté du frigo et du micro-onde. Et l'équipement au niveau vaiselle et ustensiles est limité pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner (pas de plats pour le four ni cloche pour le micro-onde, 1 seul saladier,...). et malheureusement Michele n'a pas pu nous les fournir. Au final, nous avons ete deçus sur le rapport qualité/prix.

Super appartement, super accueil , encore merci Bruno pour tous les conseils. L'appartement situé a 5 mn d'une station de métro , idéal pour ce lancer dans la visite de Bruxelles. Il faudrait par contre prévoir des rideaux ou des stores dans la chambre n° 2. Didier

L'appartement nous l'avons trouvé très agréable, joli et confortable. A la cuisine et a la toilette, il y a tout ce qu'on a besoin. Il est relativement proche du centre (20 minutes à pied du Manneken Piss). Le metro et trés proche aussi. Les photos sont tout à fait vrai. Seulement, nous n'avons pas aimé le quartier, un peu sale et vieux, mais l'appartement peine d'y aller Nous rentrerons Ana

Seamos sinceros. Cuando vamos a Bruselas, dedicamos únicamente un día a visitar la ciudad (este apartamento está a 15 minutos de la grand place). Y los demás cogemos el tren para ir a Brujas , Gante ,etcétera. Por tanto interésa alojarse cerca de la estación Gare du Midi. bueno..... Pues a 5 minutos tenemos este magnífico apartamento, de 2 habitaciones, con un salón inmenso, con el báter separado del baño. Incluso tiene una gran terraza que da a un jardín. Tiene una tiendecita al lado para emergencias, ya que es carita, y en la propia Gare du Midi tienes un supermercado Carrefour. a 200 metros, en Anderlech, en la Square de Aviatión, tienes dos magníficos restaurantes si no te apetece cocinar nada rápido. La cocina del apartamento es grande y cómoda. Mención especial tanto a la dueña, Michele, con quien tuve una comunicación muy fluida vía whatsapp, como el encargado Bruno que nos atendió de maravilla. Y por último, un consejo CON CARÁCTER GENERAL. Cuando al quilas un apartamento mira en diferentes páginas, ya que los precios no son iguales en todas para el mismo apartamento

Un très beau loft, très propre et correspondant exactement aux photos...La situation est parfaite pour visiter Bruxelles sans voiture bien en sécurité au parking privé ! Plus besoin de chercher une autre adresse pour notre prochain séjour, ce sera chez Michèle ! De plus, c'est une personne qui s'est montrée très compréhensive et patiente du fait de problèmes de paiement que nous avons rencontrés en ligne ! Chaussons à l'arrivée, produits d'entretien, de toilette, Nespresso... Je souligne également l'extrême gentillesse de Bruno qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, au plaisir de le revoir prochainement !
