Very disappointing. Bad facilities and an extremely rude host.

The host sent detailed instructions on how to get the key although getting into the building wasn't as easy as the names weren't visible on the buttons.

The oven did not work in the apartment. I spoke on the phone with the host before leaving for Brussels and explained that I was travelling for work and I was staying an entire week. I had to cancel a different booking because a host told me that the bath was broken and offered a full refund. This was the opportunity for the new host to then tell me that the oven was not working in this apartment but he didn't (there is also a picture of the full kitchen on the advertisement). When I found this out after I had already arrived he didn't offer any help he just said 'people come here on holiday and eat out and don't use the oven'. I told him that he knew I was travelling for work, I was not able to eat out 3 times a day for 7 days. He was quite rude and refused to offer any compensation. He kept saying this is not an issue and this is such a small thing, even though the kitchen which he advertised was not working. If you have any issues with this place, he will be extremely hard to deal with as well as being rude.

Overall, nice stay!

The apartment was clean, new, and well organised. The building's security system made us feel safe. A nice street filled with restaurants and cafes was nearby. The host was helpful, attentive, and cooperative.

We wished the instructions on how to get in were clearer; for example, fully written, so we would have a better overview of the process. The elevator in the building was a bit uncomfortable as it didn't feel that clean. The power outlets in the apartment were oddly distributed and scarce.

Pour un appartement facturé plus de 350 €, l’expérience a été clairement en dessous des attentes. Le titre de l’annonce correspond effectivement au logement, les installations et l’équipement sont extrêmement minimalistes ! Dans la grande pièce, il n’y avait que deux prises électriques, dont une inutilisable. Aucune lampe dans le salon, pas de table basse, pas de fauteuil, ce qui rend l’espace peu convivial et peu fonctionnel. La kitchenette est particulièrement décevante : on ne peut même pas parler de « cuisine ». L’équipement est rudimentaire au point qu’un célibataire ferait mieux. Pas de cafetière, pas de grille-pain, aucun kit d’accueil, rien pour un usage pratique au quotidien. (voir photos). J'ai demandé une facture en vain, visiblement, le propriétaire n'a pas le temps.

Está bien ubicado. Barrio agradable, a 15’ andando de la grand-place.

Bueno… las fotos engañan. Podría estar mucho mejor. Descuidado, y bastante sucio. Necesita una mano de pintura y renovar muebles. Los utensilios de cocina muy justitos. Es una pena, porque con un poco de cuidado, podría estar muy bien. Al encargado ni lo vimos; nos dio indicaciones de cómo coger la llave por vídeo-llamada de wassap. Bastante cutre todo, para lo que cobran. Una pena. No lo recomiendo.
