Blissfully quiet and confortable

I had a really nice stay at this spacious, cozy, and quiet apartment near Duden Park. The location is great — so close to the park that you can actually feel the fresher air compared to other parts of Brussels. The apartment has radiators, which is much better than places that only have AC for heating. It stayed warm and comfortable even on colder days. I loved the curtains and roller shutters that keep the room dark at night and ensure privacy. The private garden is also a lovely bonus, adding to the feeling of space and calm. The bed was wide and very comfortable. Although the apartment is a bit outside the city center, there’s a bus stop just around the corner (about 50 meters away) that takes you straight to the Grand Place. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place!

The neighborhood is a nice, well-kept residential area, but there are not many shops in the vicinity. If you arrive later in the evening, it may be difficult to find a place to buy food or water.

Está muy bien ubicado, la parada del bus está literalmente enfrente. El apartamento tiene muy buena calefacción.

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia en este apartamento. El grifo de la cocina explotó literalmente al abrirlo por primera vez. Las sábanas olían raro y había pelos en la pared de la ducha.

Ein guter Stützpunkt für Ausflüge in den Park und in die Stadt; zum Aufhalten nur mittel-gemütlich.

Das Beste ist, dass die Wohnung fast direkt gegenüber von einem wunderschönen Park liegt, teilweise wie ein verzauberter Wald. Gut ist auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Die Zuschnitt der Wohnung ist ungünstig und seltsam. Wenn man von der Toilette zum Waschbecken möchte, um sich die Hände zu waschen, muss man einmal durch die ganze Wohnküche. Wenn das Schlafsofa dort ausgezogen ist, kommt man kaum durch. Die Hygiene könnte auch etwas besser sein. Bei Teilen des Bestecks (z.B. beim Sparschäler) war der Griff klebrig, Oberfläche der Mikrowelle ebenfalls. Es ist schwierig, dort zu kochen, da die wenigen vorhandenen Töpfe oder Pfannen so groß sind, dass sie sich gegenseitig auf dem Herd behindern.

La ubicación y la cercanía a la parada de bus.

Está un poco descuidado, las almohadas de la cama y las sábanas eran muy viejas y estaban en mal estado. Las toallas estaban en mal estado y olían a húmedo. La terraza muy sucia y llena de colillas de cigarrillo. Para 4 días y 4 adultos solo pusieron dos rollos de papel higiénico pequeños. La cortina de la habitación estaba caída y la alfombra sucia. No es muy cómodo para 4 adultos porque cuando se abre el sofá cama es muy complicado el paso al baño.

Buena ubicación, pero limpieza cuestionable

La ubicación está muy bien. Tiene buena conexión en transporte público, varios lugares de interés cerca y es una zona muy tranquila.

Le faltaban muchas cosas, escoba, recogedor, algún producto de limpieza… había poca higiene, habían muchos bichos y al mover el sofá vimos que debió de caer comida de los inquilinos de antes y allí estaba y a comunidad de bichos… También el olor es bastante desagradable y desgraciadamente había humedad, provocando que la ropa estuviera húmeda y las pareceres con humedades.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement fonctionnel

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Appartement fonctionnel et tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Bon emplacement dans un quartier où il n’y a que très peu d’offres. Petit espace extérieur qui limite le vis à vis.
