The main thing to understand about this apartment is that it is in Uccle, and elegant and clean quartier in Brussels. It's not in the city centre, and it's not too busy or vibrant in the evenings. Getting to the centre is easy, but not too fast. You take a 10 minute walk to Heros/Helden and take the tram-metro, or, the somewhat slower but more spectacular bus 38 that passes by nice places like the Flagey lakes and the European Parliament, and arrives at Gare Central. So, we are in Uccle, on the very high street, yet in a quiet corner. The good thing is that the apartment is on the ground floor. Unlike many apartments in Brussels you don't have to climb narrow and steep stairs. The apartment was nice, particularly clean and warm on chilly early March nights. The bathroom was small, but well-designed.
It's on the ground floor: low windows open directly on the street. Some minor things were missing, like a hanger in the bathroom, or a standing lamp (or something similar) in the main sitting room. Also beer glasses - what a nuisance in Brussels :)

Grand studio très agréable et en excellent état
Tous les équipements étaient à disposition car tout était prévu y compris pour la chambre et la salle de bain!
Problème du stationnement dans la rue mais je pense que c'était un problème récurent à BRUXELLES !
Insonorisation à améliorer sur l'appartement supérieur car on entend l'occupant et la chaudière
