Nice but noisy

Cozy apartment. Nicely decorated while some update should be made in the floor.

Insufficiently isolated from upper apartment where neighbours were walking like elephants early mornings. Ask for second floor apartment, never first floor.

For an extended weekend with eating out it was even nice. Reasonable price for value.

+ Cleanness. + Location. + Price. + Fast and stable Wi-Fi, suitable for work. + Ease of access (both into the house and into the flat while still feeling secure). + Neighborhood. + There weren't any issues checking in and out. + The host provided all necessary information in advance. + The house was quiet at night. + Public transport in walking distance, 20 minutes by tram to city center.

- The flat was smaller than it looked from photos (but that's common and to be expected). - The dishes were dirty on our arrival. - There was only one sheet on bed (we were two friends, I slept on a coach and there was no extra sheet).

We had a nice stay as a family of 4. Location was perfect for our visit purpose.

The apartment will probably be quite small if people wanted to stay in during the day. Running out of hot water in the shower was quite unexpected.

Good option. Everything you need.

Had everything we needed and very comfortable. Very clean, comfortable bed. Loved that you can cook and excellent pots. Small fridge. Great coffee machine. Would suit longer stay as buses, trans and trains close by. Also selection of restaurants and supermarkets.

The noise of people walking around in the upstairs apartment. They arrived after midnight and clomped around but thankfully was only a short period.

Great value for money

Apartment is modern and very clean. You have everything you need like soap, coffee, cooking utensils, towels etc. Just no Ac but it was not required for our stay

The only small inconvenience is that since it's an apartment and there is no reception then we had no place to leave luggage (but managed to store them in Gare du midi lockers). Check out time is also a bit early

Very pleasant stay

We have a very pleasant stay here and the apartment was really clean. We were very satisfied that the apartment is within walking distance of the Forest National and that it is in a nice location. Apartment was well equipped.

It would be nice if it were warmer in the apartment, but that is a personal preference. The walls are very thin and you can hear almost everything - the neighbors.

Perfect for Forest National

I had a very pleasant stay in Brussels. The place was clean and comfortable, and conveniently located near bus stops that easily got me to the city center. It was also very close to Forest National, which was perfect since I had tickets for two concerts there. The hosts were responsive and very, very helpful, always ready to extend an extra courtesy. I'd recommend it.

Perfect staying!

I loved everything! The property is located in a nice and quiet area. Very clean apartment and everything looked like new, the furniture, the kitchen equipment, bathroom, toilet, etc. the Host was very nice and supportive, provided very detailed instructions on how to get to the location and how to access the apartment, making it so easy to go there. Also, a very nice welcome surprise! Thank you for that dear Host and for being so thoughtful! I found there everything I could need, I really felt like home. What could anyone wish for more, than feeling like home...

Zona. Loc frumos, aproape de stații, magazine alimentare

Curățenia a lăsat de dorit. Lenjerie pătată, cu mizerii uscate. Canapea foarte pătata. Lucru ce se poate rezolva cu o curățare profesionala. Mucegai în baie… căldura mergea doar în baie. Am avut doar două hârtii igienice când am ajuns, dar folosite și rămase puțin din ele. Am dat de o doamnă de la curățenie căreia i-am cerut, am primit doar una, care tot nu a ajuns. Am fost 3 pers, 3 nopți, 4 zile. Am fost nevoiți să cumpărăm noi.

Slechte service en niet proper

De locatie

Ik boekte dit appartement met het oog op een overnachting na een concert in Vorst Nationaal. Dit concert werd uiteindelijk geannuleerd door de artiest, waardoor de overnachting niet meer nodig was. Ik probeerde dit te melden aan de verhuurder, maar deze negeerde 3 weken lang mijn berichten, mails en telefoons... Wanneer hij uiteindelijk antwoordde, liet hij weten dat een annulatie niet mogelijk was en dat hij geen geste wou doen, hier ben ik zeer ontevreden over. Hij kon op zijn minst eerder en beter geantwoord hebben. Bovendien hebben de kamers hier heel dunne muren, dus je hoort ook alle andere mensen in het gebouw. Het behang op de muren pelt af en de kamers zijn niet zo proper. Aan hygiëne en comfort werd dus ook niet voldaan.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et à quelques minutes à pied du tram qui nous emmène dans le centre de Bruxelles en 25 min. Attention : Difficile de trouver une place pour se garer dans le quartier et les places sont payantes à la journée. 25e/jour à prévoir dans le budget. Problème de tapage nocturne avec d'autres locataires qui a tout de suite été pris en compte et réglé par le propriétaire. Nous avons apprécié sa réactivité sa compréhension et sa gentillesse. Excellent séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir Bruxelles en famille.

La ubicación, el ingreso al hospedaje sencillo

Tenía una mesa para dos personas y dos sillas de4 chapas, durísimas. No es un hospedaje para 4 personas, ERs para dos personas, cuando abrimos el sofá para mis hijas, con un colchó extremadamente fino, quedamos sin espacio. El baño es dividido, el inodoro poir un lado en un box y la ducha y lavabo por otro, super incómodo. No dejó más que un repasador en cocina para 3 días para 4 personas. Poco papel higiénico. Y el colchón de a cama doble super delgado. Te levantas tanto de la cama como del sofá con doleres en el cuerpo. Coclchones muy delgados. Si van con valijas grandes, paciencia, escalertas muyyyyy altas y angostas.

Per una notte va bene.

Purtroppo per la qualità prezzo non ci siamo per niente. Il wc non funzionava, quando ci siamo fatti la doccia siamo rimasti senza acqua calda. Il divano dove hanno dormito i bambini era pieno di macchie.. ci sono tante cose da migliorare.

Le logement était correct, en rapport avec le prix, bien desservi par le tram

C’était confortable, calme, proche des transports en commun pour rejoindre Bruxelles. Nous avons moins apprécié le frigo qui n’était pas nettoyé, les auréoles sur le canapé, la chasse d’eau non fonctionnelle le jour du départ. Ne pas avoir eu réponse aux questions en amont.

Un muy buen anfitrión , siempre pendiente , tiene muy buena conexión de transporte y supermercados cerca , todo entre 5 y 10 minutos de distancia caminando .
