Localisation pratique (proximité salle de concert) et quartier agréable avec, à 2/3 minutes de marche, une petite place avec bars et restaurants.
Absence de rideau de séparation (figurant pourtant sur la photo d'annonce du logement) entre l'espace "chambre" et l'espace "salon" où un couchage était également prévu (nous étions 3). Compte tenu de la configuration et orientation du logement (pas de courant d'air possible), celui-ci a tendance à chauffer rapidement quand il fait chaud dehors. Mais il est vrai que nous y avons séjourné sur une période exceptionnellement chaude.

Ótima localização, em bairro tranquilo e com fácil acesso ao Centro. A atenção do anfitrião foi excelente.

Zona. Loc frumos, aproape de stații, magazine alimentare
Curățenia a lăsat de dorit. Lenjerie pătată, cu mizerii uscate. Canapea foarte pătata. Lucru ce se poate rezolva cu o curățare profesionala. Mucegai în baie… căldura mergea doar în baie. Am avut doar două hârtii igienice când am ajuns, dar folosite și rămase puțin din ele. Am dat de o doamnă de la curățenie căreia i-am cerut, am primit doar una, care tot nu a ajuns. Am fost 3 pers, 3 nopți, 4 zile. Am fost nevoiți să cumpărăm noi.
