Comfortable garden flat

I loved that this is a fully furbished self contained garden flat (not just room). It is made of a huge master bedroom, a middle room (from where you enter) with two child beds and access to a shower room. This then leads to the huge fully equipped kitchen with a table to work on or have breakfast.

Welcoming and comfortable with excellent detailed information provided by the host.

Easy access to the city centre via trams. Quiet residential location with lots of bakeries and services nearby. Fantastic bed! Well equipped kitchen for self catering and great to be able to wash our clothes! Loved the old floorboards.

Great appartment in Uccle

The host was quickly available and very responsive by phone. In just a few minutes, she gave us clear instructions to pick the keys from the secure safe. Host always available to answer our requests and give good tips to visit the city.

The location is very good and there are all shops and restaurants/cafes around to get anything you need. We had a very short stay but everything was good.

Lovely apartment

Great location, very close to a tram station, lots of shops, restaurants etc. Access to the garden. Very helpful owner, she gave us lots of handy tips and even lent a sewing kit! Coffee machine in the kitchen was lovely to have too.

The only small thing was that, if there are 4 people visiting, one of the beds is partially blocking access to the bathroom. No problem during the day though.

Very lovely comfortable home

Lovely place to stay, felt inviting and comfortable. The bed was one of best beds I’ve slept in for sometime, very comfortable. Beautiful outdoor space, lovely to relax in. Host was a nice approachable lady.

The only thing that bothered me, was that in the facilities listed, it states a washing machine. Then about a day out from arrival you get a message that explains if you want to use the washing machine it will cost you 10 Euros and 20 Euros to use the dryer. My suggestion would be to increase the daily rate of accommodation to cover the costs, rather than the surprise.

There are blinds in the bedroom but sunlight comes anyway early in the morning because there are no blinds on other windows, and the door is a glass one. So…

Exceptional

I loved all bakery shops , bubbles life on the streets, · I liked the cleanliness, back of garden, spacious and bright room. Super emplacement, I have used always trams ,and metros as like local man. I loved Joanne (she was my landlord), she was kind with me , i had lot of questions she is not hesitate it to answer them. She is absolutely 5 stars landlord, i can recommend her for everyone ! Many thanks Joanne !!!

Very good

The size of the room was more than enough for us (family of 3). It has all the nessary equipment for a short stay in Brussels. Joanna is professional and friendly and provided us with any any information we needed. The room is about 15' from the city center via tram lines

Good location, very calm neighborhood with cafes and supermarkets nearby, and tram stops. Running hot water was always available.

The beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable, we struggled to fall asleep normally.

Perfect location in a 15 minutes range of the city center. Well equipped kitchen and also with free coffe :) Perfect for a quick stop in Brusselles.

The toilet is separated from the shower but for us it wasn’t an issue at all. it would be awesome to add a small door in front of the bathroom antechamber to make the apartment fully “closed”.

We had a pleasant time during our stay at Bijou Brussels. Everything worked well including the deliverance of the keys. The apartment is well equipped and inspite of its urban location quite at night. Uccle is a really nice neighbourhood with everything necessary just around the corner. The tram to the city center is also not far away.

There was a recurrent fairly loud engine noise in the middle of the night that woke us up several times. We didn't sleep well as a result.

Convenient, clean, calm, comfort.

Location was great for my needs, apartment was well presented. Meeting the hosts was easy. Easy access to and from street, felt private and secure. Apartment itself was warm and clean. Tram is a short walk away, and there were places to eat and shop close by too.

Water pressure made the shower a little tame. A more obviously positioned wifi password would have saved me using my own mobile data.

Decent choice for self-catering accomodation in Uccle

-Spacious flat. -Fully equipped kitchen with everything at your disposal. -Close to Uccle center.

-The property is on the ground floor with the bedroom facing the street which means you practically always need to keep the window blinds closed for privacy. -We stayed in October and the heating could have been more efficient.
