Mejorable

La ubicación está bien..con la parada de Tranvía justo en frente. Barrio de Uccle/Ukkel..que está a una hora andando del centro pero bien comunicado via TRAM/Metro La habitación de matrimonio tenía mucha luz. Tha location is good with the Tram stop right in front; Uccle is an hour's walk from the centre but it is well connected by tram and metro.THe double bedroom had plenty of light.

The accommodation did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort. It does not match the picturesat all. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, however the double bed was okay. Additionally, the cleanliness was deplorable. We had to buy cleaning products ourselves, like sponges and cloths, and clean the place ourselves because it was in very bad shape, even the bathroom. Then, the bedding was very, very worn out, and the ones provided for the sofa bed were included inside but smelled musty and damp. It's true that we contacted the owner, and they quickly resolved the issue. Within two hours, they had bought new duvets and sheets to put on the bed. However, we couldn't wash them, and we had to sleep with them as they came from the factory. What we didn't like the most was being charged the cleaning fee when we had to buy the cleaning products ourselves and clean the apartment by ourselves. The appartment is a bit noisy since the tram stop is just opposite. The window in the bedroom did not close well and should be repaired as well as the hanger in the entrance. Hooks for the hand towel in the bathroom would also be appreciated. We also hope that with these observations the quality of the establisment can be improved.

Could do with a few little things if you arrive late - like coffee/ tea, some milk pods, maybe sugar and salt and pepper - bare minimum. Especially for short stays… The WiFi code could be easier to find - but honestly such minor complaints (it’s if I am being super picky!)

Bon logement mais problème de chaudière...

Logement réservé en last minute (10 min avant car premier logement annulé au dernier moment...), nous sommes arrivés, tout était propre et chauffé ! Nous étions 4 et l'espace était suffisant ! Le lit de la chambre est très bien.

Malheureusement notre expérience a été un peu gâché car la chaudière ne fonctionnait plus au jour 2... Nous n'avons donc pas pû nous laver avec de l'eau chaude (dommage pour un mois de novembre), ni chauffer le logement (toutefois c'est assez isolé, nous n'avons pas eu trop froid!) pour les deux derniers jours de notre séjour... Nous avons envoyé des messages mais le problème n'a pas pu être réglé avant que l'on parte. Autre bémol, le bruit et les vibrations du tram de la rue, ainsi que la lumière matinale pour les personnes dormant dans le canapé lit du salon.

Rapport qualité /prix non satisfaisant

Pour une amélioration il faudrait plus de propreté ,préparation de l arrivée (vérifier chauffage et eau chaude que nous avons pas eu pendant 24h)le congélateur pris dans la glace (impossible d ouvrir la porte ) télécommande de la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas (nous avons été acheté des piles nous meme)

Una buona base dove tornare

L'appartamento è ben arredato e attrezzato. Letti comodi e stanze silenziose. La posizione buona con tram di fronte a casa comodo per raggiungere il centro. Il quartiere mi è sembrato tranquillo, non lontano ci sono alcuni supermercati . Il parcheggio in strada è libero dalle 18 alle 9 poi si paga, va un po' a fortuna trovare come in tutte le grandi città. L'host è stato gentile nel cercare di risolvere alcuni piccoli problemi.

Da migliorare la pulizia un po' troppo grossolana, alcune lenzuola sono molto usurate, quelle per il divano letto erano ripiegate nell'armadio molto umide a chiazze bagnate. Un po' più di cura e sarebbe veramente eccezionale.

APARTAMENTO CORRECTO.

Se trata de un apartamento espacioso, bien decorado y sobre todo bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad y con la estación de trenes Midi Train Station, de cara a desplazamiento a otros puntos. La parada de tranvía está justo enfrente y solo hay que hacer un pequeño trasbordo para coger el metro. Además, está en un barrio tranquilo, cerca de supermercados como Lidl o Aldi y de algún que otro restaurante. El baño es muy luminoso y amplio, comunica a la calle. El plato de ducha es espacioso. La cocina cuenta, entre otros electrodomésticos, con cafetera nespresso y una sandwichera-plancha que hace la función de tostadora. La iluminación proviene de una ventana interna que tiene el baño, y tiene espacio suficiente para cocinar. El salón es minimalista, sin luz propia, ya que la coje del dormitorio y del baño, pero es suficiente. El sofá cama es relativamente cómodo, como todos… y el mobiliario suficiente para la estancia. Los muebles no se ven estropeados. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama cómoda, y espacio suficiente para la ropa. La ventana no cierra muy bien, pero compensa con la tranquilidad de la estancia, ya que da a un patio interior con mucha vegetación. El anfitrión comunicativo y resolutivo, nos dejé entrar antes de la hora prevista.

El apartamento carecía de productos básicos, tales como sal, azúcar, servilletas, recambios de bolsas de basura y mucho menos aceite. Tuvimos que comprar de todo. Sólo teníamos 4 capsulas de café y una bolsa de basura. Seguro que los huéspedes dejan todo eso, como hicimos nosotros. El acceso es por unas escaleras estrechas, pero el edificio está cuidado. La cocina cuenta con pocos enseres y utensilios, deberían invertir algo más en esto. Otra inconveniente es el ruido que genera el tranvía al pasar, por momentos hace que tiemble la puerta del dormitorio, ya que es antigua y de cristales. A veces esto no permite un descanso óptimo ya que te acaba despertando. Menos mal que no es toda la noche. Deberían también renovar la ropa de cama, algo desgastada y poner cortinas que tapasen mejor la luz que entra por las ventanas. Y por último, el apartamento requiere una limpieza en profundidad, en términos generales está limpio, pero hay bastantes detalles a mejorar.

Lit confortable et grand

Nous aurions aimé trouver des ingrédients de base pour cuisiner (sel poivre huile vinaigre) , ingrédients que nous avons toujours trouvés dans nos locations précédentes. Seule une boite de sel vide trônait sur une étagère d'un placard. Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient insuffisants (il manquait des casseroles, un saladier, un plat etc. La télévision n'avait pas les chaînes nationales d'une part et d'autre part nous n'avions pas trouvé de code internet. Heureusement que le "concierge" est venu très rapidement nous dépanner en mettant le câble manquant et en nous communiquant le code Internet
