An adventure we do not wish to repeat

The space is large enough for a family stay. Lighting is good. The apartment has good furniture both at the living room and bedroom. There is a functioning fridge, oven and cooker. The main entrance to the apartment is quite secured. The person who welcomed us and gave us the key was friendly and supportive. The host gave us good directions and valuable information in terms of getting access to the keys

While the said apartment looks spacious and okay based on the things we like about it. The environment is very smelly and we noticed some of windows in the apartment and on stairs are not well secured. Someone can easily pass through the windows on the stairs into the building. At one of the stairs window, we found rubbish scattered all over(a cause of the stench in the apartment). When we were checking out, we found dog poop scattered on the stairs.

Never ever again. I will not recommend this to anyone

The location was close to Brussels Mide train station which is a major public transportation junction in the city. That is the only good thing, I can say about the apartement.

The building itself needs maintenance. On the way up there was a windoww, where you can see garbage ouside. There was a thrown out babybed on the corridor next to the apartement door. The apartment absolutely did not met our expectations, so we left right away. The kitchen had very limited equipment, there was not a TV, the apatment looked not completely kleen. The builing's other inhabitants seemed suspicious. I would not like to leave my family there for a single night, neither our belongings. Luckily, we have found a nearby suitable hotel where we stayed the whole week. We have arrived at late evening, but left immediately as we managed to found a suitable alternative. There is absolutely no refund despite we handed over the keys next day (we had 8 nights reservations :-( ). Bad exparience all-in-all. This kind of facility should not be listed at booking.com - it devalue your image and brand!

It is close to city centre with all tourist destination, only a walking distance.The accommodation is clean.

The area is too noisy, people occupying in other rooms were very noisy at night time. The fridge is not working, its freezer is covered with ice. We have waited outside the apartment for about 45 minutes waiting for the key from the agent, may not probably happened if were able to contact him using phone but my phone unable to access the number. On our last day, walking to train station, a man grab my daughters eye glasses and run away, that was an awful shocking experience! I dont think the area is quite safe…..

Deception

Nothing

Everything about the place was really bad. The smell in the building was bad and the area smells and is filthy. The room is old and full of mosquitoes. We came back with bites all over our body. There is no TV in the place as advertised. We were taken to a different apartment from what we saw in the pictures found on booking.com where we spent our first night. We had to fight to get sent to the right apartment the following day after our arrival. But that apartment was nothing to write home about either.

One night only

The appartment was a good size. Very quick walk to the station.

The area around the flat doesn't feel overly safe. There is a strong smell of drugs through the window most of the afternoon. The shower was hot and strong but no water stays in the tray most ends up on the bathroom floor. The door handle into the flat is falling off. It's extremely noisy if you want the windows open, and like a oven if you keep them shut.

The guy that supposed to give us the key came 45 minutes later than our scheduled time and also there was no bedsheets for the third bed (sofa) , The neighbours (with kids) are very noisy all the time, even during late hours

Near railway stations and shuttle stop. Not very far from city centre.

Everything is fine in the photo, but the walls are thin, you can hear furniture being moved in the next apartment and a child crying. The windows are blowing, we drove into the apartment it was very cold, the bathroom was leaking.

Pleasant

The space is good for three people and it's very close to metro and train station.

The shower box has a curtain and the whole bathroom gets wet when you take a shower. Also, neighbors were a bit too noisy.

i would never book again

the apartment was ok.

the area was horror, near the train station, all kind of weird people around the propriety. the apartment you could see it was cleaned only at the surface, the sofas where dirty, the walls scratched, like it really needed a deep cleaning. we left after the first night. the building was very weird, people making noises all night: glass shattering, heavy objects falling on the stairs, people making noises, like very weird. i couldn’t sleep at all. it is definitely not suitable for families with children. i couldn’t sleep there another night.

Difficult check in at night

Arty apartment with an open bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, small basic kitchen and very basic bathroom. Was a good price compared to other places near to the train station. Just 5 min walk to train and Eurostar Brussels midi.

Check in was awful. I phoned 20 min in advance as instructed but when arriving had to wait for 20 min for someone to give the key. It was 11pm and not a location to wait comfortably or safely (homeless people lying in the porch). I won't book again.

Mediamente soddisfatti, considerando soprattutto il prezzo.

Molto comoda la posizione, ambiente accogliente e ben arredato come in foto. Tutto sommato pulito e con tutto il necessario.

Note negative: le chiavi ci sono state consegnate con 30 minuti di ritardo rispetto all’orario concordato e il condominio era puzzolente, rumoroso e all’apparenza poco sicuro. In realtà non ci sono state situazioni di pericolo, ma di sicuro non ha un grande aspetto.

Bruxelles est une belle ville, certains apparts à louer totalement honteux !

montée douteuse à l'appart. Beaucoup de bruits pas très rassurants dans les escaliers la nuit. appart pour 4 personnes avec 2 fouchettes, 3 couteaux, 2 petites assiettes et 2 grandes assiettes. profusion de verres. aucun saladier, pas de couteau de cuisine, des casseroles et po¨¨eles plus que douteuses, toute la vaisselle à relaver, grasse et ou non lavée. Nous avons relavé uniquement ce que nous avons utiliser. Bac à douche fendu et laisse couler l'eau dans la salle d'eau. fauteuils pas très propres, sol très sale (au vu de la couleur des chaussettes !!!). Table de séjour, noire, à relaver. Points positifs : wc et draps propres !!!! et à côté de la gare du midi (mais extrèmement bruyant). Attention à la bouilloire qui se met en route toute seule même s'il n'y a rien dedans ! Literie, canapé et lit corrects mais sans plus. Manque éponges et serpillière propres. placards à vaisselle .... très sales... Bref ..... très très mécontents de l'appartement....

Mucho ruido en el edificio durante la noche. La limpieza deja mucho q desear, el baño olía a tabaco y en la habitación había una colilla en el suelo.
