Everything. Customer service was awful when he turned up with the keys, place was damp, dirty, holes in the walls, broken bed, sofa bed didn’t work, flooded toilet, the list could go on. We walked in and straight back out and paid to stay somewhere safe.

disappointing

Only the electric radiator in the bedroom was functioning. The spotlights in the sitting room kept blinking creating an unwelcome disco effect. Senseo coffee machine but non pads. Coffee but no filter. Front door wide open. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Staircase bannister rickety and dangerous.Disappointing on the whole.

I would not return

The photos did absolutely not match what we saw. Multiple things were broken and dirty. The property had a strong odour of cigarettes. The lock did not work properly and we did not feel safe here. The hosts were not responsive and kept us waiting for over an hour. We ended up having to book somewhere else on really short notice.

I dont think this house should be available in booking or anither rent site.

The house was not cleaned, there were no bedsheets in the sofa. They said we will bring them to your door and they didn’t. The heater wasn’t working and the other heater which is plugged didn’t heat the room. We slept with our coats on. The bathroom was old and not cleaned too. Also the water was cold and there was no hot water. The doors were thin and has gaps, when a door opens you hear the sound like its your own door. Luckily we just stayed one night.

The staircase was not comfortable to climb to 5 floor, very bad staircase. The rooms were not really clean. There’s no TV set at the property. The bedsheets and pillows cases were not enough. The were stains on some part of the walls. Bathroom sets need to be replace. Generally very poor management.

Don't ever come here! Disgusting terrible place!!

Everything Worst stay of my life. And I stayed in many places, even cheaper ones. First of all, The LOCATION IS TERRIBLE, not in a sense that its not close to center, but this part of city feels so unsafe. With all weird people feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The guy who hands out the keys is so unpleasant and unkind already just when you give him call, then he came late, looking dirty and acting like he doesnt care at all. He didn't even know when we're leaving. The apartment is disgusting. The place is NOT CLEAN or nice like in pictures. Everything is done the cheapest way possible. The door of the apartment is so bad we were scared to sleep because anyone can break in easily. We booked this also for the kitchen, but it was so bad, so dirty, we didn't use it at all. We didn't get any bedsheet for the couch. Only the blanket covers that were super see through. Everything looked so dirty it feels like they dont clean it al all and just leave it the way people who booked it before did it.

Accessibility to main attractions from the property

I’m able to hear neighbour’s noises at all time and the neighbour’s Saturday night party was too loud and I’m unable to Slee if or whole night. TV was not provided at the apartment. The staff arrived very late during the checkin time and I was made to wait for minimum 45 mins for checkin. Unable to close bathroom window and tilt open is not working. Kitchen tap filter was in blocked condition, hence little opening the tap splashing water in and around the sink. Bathroom floor mats not provided. Bathroom hot water is continuously available.

Not so clean and cold. There are no lift for appartement upstair. There are also not enough hot water to take a bath for three people. You must wait.

The host responsiveness.

Facilities, cleanness and basic amenities. No tea or coffee, towel. I think the bedding was not washed property and done badly.

Not worth it. Probably the worst place I've stayed.

Location is good. 10min walking from the city center (Grand Place)

The place was worse than seemed in the photos. It wasn't very clean nor totally comfortable. The staff was weird. We didn't have towels (not even for hand washing) so we had to ask for them, and it took them some hours to bring them, so we couldn't shower when we wanted. The place is ok if you are only going to sleep. If you want to use it more (for cooking or hanging out) I didn't recommend it. Not as cheap for what it is. Should be cheaper.

Centrally located big apartment

The apartment was very spacious and very centrally located which was great. I was surprised to have not only a big bedroom and a kitchen but also a living room.

It was rather simple, the building is also old and is in need of some renovation. But it was fairly priced and a very good value for money so no complaints.

Simply furnished, well located

The flat is located around 15 minutes walk from the central railway station Midi and a few minutes from the tramway/metro line 4/7 to Atomium and Mini-Europa and the gorgeous city centre. For everybody who doesn't expect any extra acommodation, it is usable.

The entrance stairs are slightly steep (nothing for disabled people), and the flat is simply furnished with stains on the walls and sofa (but everything was cleaned). We stayed there only one night, so I'm not sure the church behind the bedroom doesn't bell in the morning ;-).

I booked this for a friend. This hotel was too dirty. Unfriendly staff. We also launched an official complaint against them with Booking.com. If you are thinking about booking.. Dont Book!!

Passable

This property is exactly what you pay for, so I cannot complain! For the price, location and size/facilities it is great value for money. However, as expected the property lacked in quite a few areas - did not feel that clean; towels were scabby; limited storage space; bathroom/toilet very small and easily flooded (get a longer shower curtain please!); no mirrors; no hand towels. Apart from that everything was reasonably fine.

The bedsheets were clean, which we appreciated a lot given other challenges.

Keys had some issues, though the host tried to help each time. Very narrow stairs, dust behind heaters, hot water supply was not enough for two people to shower.

WARNING!!!! ABSOLUTE FAIL!!!! Wifi doesn't work/owner does not fix it! Not even on request. Dirty entry/garbage/bad smell Broken stairs - dangerous !!!!Windows broken - you can't open them without hurting yourself. Some are imposible to open/close. Told it to the owner immediately/no reaction. Holes in the walls in the apartment as big as a fist! Some covered lousyly with gift paper. Dirt and insects inside the holes! Mold in the holes, the bathroom and on the walls! Sticky and dirty and broken floor Insects under the bed Only to towels for two people, towels crumpled and not fresh Bed sheets not fresh- from the last guest. (I found chewing gum paper in the bed and it didn't smell washed) In the bathroom used mouth wash Didn't try the kitchen because everything was so sticky and dirty. Close to the center, but groups of men on the street. Not for women! WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I can't have option -1000 rating, dirtiest, smelly apartment, broken and dirtiest utensils couldn't use them, no internet for whole stay and didn't match the photos in booking.com. it was booking.com responsibility but they didn't own the responsibility.

Bad

Bed smelled like a hobo lived there. It probably has never been washed before. There where supposed capacity for 4 people, but 2 other couches were not suited for sleeping. One wasn't even a couch, it was a large metal chair. Kitchen was dirty, bathroom was dirty. Barely any hot water

Absolutely terrible stay; would AVOID at all costs. Did not feel safe as two young women.

Staying this accommodation was worse than any hostel we have ever stayed in: ridiculously expensive for what it was. • Very rude: claiming we did not have a booking despite showing them the booking confirmation. Then, once they conceded that we had one room booked, proceeded to tell my colleague and I that was it. Finally, they admitted that they had made a mistake and we did have two rooms booked. Rude on the phone and in person. • Extremely dirty: everywhere. Used cigarette buds and empty bottles at entrance, empty cans on outdoor window. Table in apartment covered in an unsuspecting pale-yellow liquid. Sofa covered in huge stains (don’t want to think about what these were). No towels in one of the two rooms booked. • Felt very unsafe: door lock did not work properly, and staff could not even use it with ease (despite it being a “new lock”). My colleague and I ended up sharing a room and barricading the door and one of us slept on the exceptionally dirty sofa. • Very unprofessional: phone numbers on booking confirmation did not work initially until finally (around 15 mins later) we were able to get a hold of someone. No insignia on front door so not clear it was a legitimate accommodation/ we were in the right place.

mold healthy issue in the property

There is strong mold healthy issue in the property I rented on 9.10.2022 in Brussels, Belgium via your webiste, entry door can’t be closed, the property is destroyed, different then pictures provided I had to sleep 4 hours with open windows, got sick. Misleading photos room. entry door can't be locked.

it just Sucked

the location was nice.

So, our bus got delayed and we would arrive later than expected, I tried to call the owner but it went straight to voicemail, and after that i received a programed message telling me to call another person, so I did. I explained this men our situation and he said he couldn’t help us what so ever. so long story short, we stayed one night in the street thanks to them. everything was fully booked so do a Drop-in, was not an option. it just sucked bc we had to pay the total anyway, and this guy that was supposed to pass us the key just didn’t want to wait for us to arrive saying it was too late and he wanted to sleep, I asked if he could give us options or solutions, and he was just like: “meh 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ not my problem” So that was just a terrible start the toilet smelled terrible, and it says that u can use a sofa to make it a bed but there is no covers for it…which leaves u only with the option of the bed, which by the way, looks like a rollercoaster (So uneven). one of the chairs were broken so I almost ended up on the floor. it’s in the last floor and the stairs (because of course there is no elevator) r so tiny, so careful with that and that’s about it.
