Location, spacious rooms, bright, clean

The building has some dangerous features. One double door leads to a gangway to a roof terrace. the other door opens to an unguarded 4m drop. It could be lethal. The main staircase has missing wooden trims on various steps which makes the stairs uneven and dangerous. During a huge storm it rained heavily. Water poured directly from a ceiling down the stairs and from a window surround, and other places. Water covered the stairs and half the lounge. It was so hot that this was all dry by the morning. The buidling is not water tight meaning there could be serious electrical issues.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect central location. Although it is situated on a busy street, the noise does not carry inside, making it a peaceful place to relax. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we had no issues accessing the property. One small suggestion: the garden gate entrance from the street is a bit difficult to notice at first. Also, the property is spread over three floors with no elevator, and the stairs are quite steep, so guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
