The room was of good size, and the property was clean. Good location too, about less than 10 mins walk to bus stop/train station, quick ride to centre.

Not told that property is 4 flights of NARROW stairs up, may be difficult for some. Wifi was not given to us until end of our stay and, even then, did not work at all. Building renovations were going on during our stay, with builders right outside our door and also no stair bannister (4 floors up😃)! Host said they were travelling with poor connection but was practically completely unresponsive, and very unhelpful. Not worth the stress.
