Cosy Apartment Palais royal

Nice little apartment, reasonably priced for Brussels. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The property allowed me to store my bags in the apartment prior to check in, which was appreciated.

It's a long uphill walk from Grand Place, and further out than I expected. It was 30C+ when we were there and there was no air-conditioning; the owners also neglected to supply any fans, so the heat was uncomfortable. I was told the WiFi code was on a frame somewhere in the apartment, but after a lengthy search I couldn't find it. I messaged the owner but never received a response, so we couldn't use it for our devices. I also asked what the protocol was for removing rubbish from the apartment, but again there was no response. Finally, the only toilet is in a room so small that you can barely move in it, and with the door closed it becomes unbearably stuffy.

La pulizia e la struttura un po’ abbandonata

Locația în primul rând, este central și ai tot ce-ți dorești la doi pași, centrul istoric, magazine, marketuri, cartierul european, parcuri, practic nu ai nevoie de transport public. Apartamentul este micuț, dar poate găzdui un cuplu și familie cu doi copii; curat, călduros, ustensile pt bucătărie, produse igiena, Prime TV, super ok pt zile friguroase.

Nu exista deloc intimitate între cele două spații de dormit, iar canapeaua nu este deloc confortabila,dar exista un topper, ceea ce e un plus. Am avut apart de la etajul 2, dar locația are 4 etaje și scarile sunt dificil de urcat pt copii mici sau cineva cu probleme locomotorii, oameni mai în vârstă.

The entrance to the flat is a bit disastrous. Staircase is Not only falling apart but also dangerous electric plugs are exposed without covers. The door handle to the property was almost broken so that was a safety risk. It was very difficult to open the door and the host was not responsive when called.
