Vintage Soul, Green Vibes, Heart of the City

Super emplacement proche du centre ville et à deux pas des transports en commun. Quartier sympa (super resto vietnamien à coté). Logement très bien décoré, très propre et bien équipé. Hôtes très sympas et réactifs, nous avons eu un petit souci tard un soir qui a été résolu très rapidement malgré l'heure.

Le stationnement n'est pas privé comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Stationnement dans la rue, payant de 9h à 19h en semaine. Nous avons cependant toujours réussi à trouver une place très proche du logement et l'hôte propose des cartes stationnement pour se garer à la journée moins cher. Le logement est au dernier étage, sous les toits, il y fait donc chaud en été. Un ventilateur est à disposition, un second aurait été bien (un pour chaque zone de couchage). La pièce de vie était plus facilement aérable via deux fenêtres traversantes. Du coup nuitées fenêtres ouvertes avec bruits du tram qui heureusement ne circule pas toute la nuit.

The host was very welcoming, also offered us a free pick up. The place was clean and neat. Ambience well decorated as the name “Vintage”.

The apartment was on a high floor with narrow steps.

The apartment was a great space and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was conveniently located for travelling into the centre of Brussels and near bus and tram links to other parts of the city.

Whilst the apartment can't be faulted, there were some delays (circa a week at max) to some questions we submitted to the hosting team. Also, it was noted that the street and some other properties in, or close to the apartment, can be quite noisy occasionally.

We were happy with the communication of co-host.

The property wasn't cleaned at all when we first entered. But the co-host was very responsive and quick to send a cleaning team to take care of the property in 30 minutes.
