The apartment was a great space and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was conveniently located for travelling into the centre of Brussels and near bus and tram links to other parts of the city.
Whilst the apartment can't be faulted, there were some delays (circa a week at max) to some questions we submitted to the hosting team. Also, it was noted that the street and some other properties in, or close to the apartment, can be quite noisy occasionally.

We were happy with the communication of co-host.
The property wasn't cleaned at all when we first entered. But the co-host was very responsive and quick to send a cleaning team to take care of the property in 30 minutes.

arriving at the appartment I had the impression as if a caring friend has just left after putting everything in order, cleaning, leaving some fruit in the fridge, snacks in the cupboard, watering the many green plants, so you can sit down, relax and feel welcome
even the best host can't do anything about the noisy tram outside, but it did't prevent me from sleeping good and sound
