L’appartement est assez lumineux et très bien situé: proche du métro, d’une supérette ainsi que de restaurants. Vous pouvez tout faire à pieds et en transports publics. Salle de bain petite mais rénovée. Literie confortable. Propriétaire réactif
L’odeur dans l’escalier est dérangeante et vous fait craindre le pire. Cela dit l’appartement est propre. Assez conforme aux photos. Par contre très peux d’ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de passoire, des couteaux qui ne coupent pas, des couverts dépareillés. Les rideaux de la cuisine devraient être changés. Voisins du dessus bruyants.
