Overall, it was a comfortable and well-maintained stay, despite minor issues with the shower and heating.

The accommodation was clean, spacious enough for a small family or couple, and well kept.

The shower drain needs to be checked, as it tends to accumulate water. Unfortunately, we stayed in Brussels during a particularly cold week, and the heating wasn’t sufficient to warm the room. I believe adding a small air heater could be an effective solution.

Functional but not cozy

Good location for the event we went to, and there's a grocery store just a couple doors down, which was nice. And the facilities all worked, and seemed clean. Host was reasonably responsive.

Zero decoration, zero heart or soul. Very narrow kitchen and bathroom.

Clean and new apartment

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the owner for his kindness in meeting us a bit earlier, around 10 or 11 a.m., so I could leave my two backpacks while the apartment was still being cleaned after the previous guests. I really appreciated that, as it spared me from carrying them around during my trip to Bruges. As for the apartment itself, it’s newly renovated, in a fantastic location near a park, and just a couple of minutes away from plenty of shops and the beautiful, iconic gates of Brussels, along with a lovely fountain. Additionally, there were plenty of amenities like shampoo and cooking essentials, which added a lot of comfort to the stay. The owner was very friendly and pleasant, so I wholeheartedly recommend it and I know I’ll be coming back!

Very happy choice.

The landlord was very reasonable and caring. The apartment location is 7 minutes walk from the metro station and there is a supermarket next door, so shopping, public transport is very convenient. The apartment has two bedrooms and the overall space is spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen also provided simple spices, which was convenient for cooking your own meals.

It's just that the toilet is a little cramped

Superb

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and in very good location. Only thing you need to be aware that you need to call the landlord to receive the code to open the door when you arrived. I have booked the time which I arrived and expected he would be there to give us the key. But when I came, I needed to call him, my phone had no internet connection, but luckily a phone of our companied person had the internet. I was a bit worry in case I was alone, I could not contact the landlord and what would happen? But when I came in, the room was great, clean and bright. The kitchen was fully equipped. Overall, I am satisfied with my decision.

Fabulous!

The host communicated very well and quickly via whatsapp. He was friendly and accommodating when I was late due to traffic. The apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Wifi was excellent, the shower was great, and he also provided coffee and tea in the kitchen. There is also free parking on the street. It was a great stay!

Excellent place for few days in Brussels

The place was very clean, location is excellent- quiet and safe neighborhood and close to the metro. The host was very warm welcoming and responsive.

Kitchen amenities could be better- no napkins, place to dry the washed utensils and dishes, no toaster. Windows in the bedroom need to be fixed, they are leaking quite some noise from the street.

OK for the price but I have seen better same price B&Bs in Brussels.

The apartment was tidy and clean. Host was very responsive and getting the key was absolutely no problem.

Wifi did not work, no heating in March, nothing in the apartment except funiture, e.g. bare walls, no pictures. Cosy is something else but this is just me. Also sound isolation is not good. Loud music and talking from from the apartment above until 01:30 AM making it very difficult to sleep.

One of the best places to stay while working

the bed was fantastic, the location amazing (super market just next door, metro station in the corner) all perfect. All the details with luxury (lots of light, excellent quality towels, shower powerful, all new and fresh). The landlord with excellent communication, available, very kind. it was one of the best flats I stayed with.

A wonderful stay

I forgot to send a message upfront to tell the host what time we would arrive. I texted him more than an hour before we arrived, so the check-in was a bit hard. I called the host when we arrived at the apartment. He tried his best to explain how to get the keys from the safe, but he could speak French beter than English, and my English is better than French so it took a while to understand each other. But he was very helpful and he tried his best. Also, during the check out. We asked him if we could check out later or at least store our bagage, and he came to the apartment in the morning to tell us we could check out later in the day. That was really nice of him. The apartment was just like in the pictures. Very clean and neat. It had everything we needed except for mirrors. There was only one in the bathroom, and we were three women, so it wasn't easy to get ready in the morning. But we managed. The location is about 6 minutes' walk to the metro station. The supermarket was in the same street. I really recommend this place.

L'appartement propre et bien agencé. L'équipement complet. Le réseau fibre et la TV. La fourniture des produits de première nécessité. LA facilité pour récupérer les clefs et remettre les clefs au départ. L'emplacement près du métro Mérode et proche ligne de tram.

Possibilité d'ajouter un cache sur le compteur d'eau dans la douche. Matelas un peu mou pour nos dos plus tout jeune.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description. Facile d'accès du centre ville, en métro en ce qui nous concerne parce qu'on avait pris un pass pour la journée, mais c'est faisable à pied. Très bien agencé. Le calme absolu, donnant sur une rue peu passante (mois d'août). Bonne literie y compris le canapé lit dans lequel j'ai dormi. Le propriétaire a répondu quasiment instantanément à mes 2-3 sms. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour à Bruxelles.

Il manque un petit éclairage qui pourrait faire fonction de lampe de chevet, accessible depuis le canapé lit, pour ne pas avoir à se relever.
