Avoid: False address in the ad and no help from booking.com

The address in the listing is actually 2.5 km from the real address and hides the fact that this is a poorly reviewed aparthotel. The host refused to give me the full address until I involved booking.com, and after I requested a refund due to false advertising, which breaches contract, they refused to give it to me. Booking.com was a scam too, refusing to make an exception when they completely failed to protect their own users and ensure a provider follows law. When I finally got the address I saw it's the same establishment that has dozens of 1-star reviews from customers. Both the provider and booking.com had the audacity to tell me to go check in person before offering any further help. Avoid both the provider and the platform.

Location

Where to start.. The worst was that (mainly the bed?) Reeks of stale cigarette smell, like someone used ti smoke there. The whole place is a bit run down and therefore feels unclean, even though it is not necessarily the fault of the cleaner. The coffee machine doesn't work and look at the pic of the pots and pans. I booked 4 nights and decided to eat out each one. No comfy pillow, or a nice night stand light.. dirty curtains and I was't sure the linen was changed.

Terrible owner

The owner contacted me when I had already travelled to Brussels and was standing in front of the apartment, to tell me my booking was cancelled due to an electrical issue in the building. All they offered in compensation was a refund, leaving me stranded in Brussels.

Wyjątkowo, choć niespodziewanie

Lokalizacja super, 20 minut na piechotę od Rynku i stacji Midi. Obok stacja metra i ulica handlowa i strefa restauracji, więc bezpiecznie poruszać się wieczorami. Blisko praktycznie wszędzie. Apartament w budynku apartamentów na wynajem. Prosta obsługa drzwi, czyste łazienki. Była lodówka. Kuchenka i mikrofala też, więc można było gotować.

Momentami bywało głośno w nocy, słychać było głośne odgłosy z ulicy i z klatki schodowej, ale krótkotrwałe. Lokalizacja inna niż widnieje na stronie, o czym dowiedzieliśmy się na dobę przed, na szczęście podany adres był jeszcze lepszy lokalizacyjnie od tego podanego na stronie, a apartament był dokładnie tym zakontraktowanym.

La posizione strategica e il riscaldamento dell’alloggio che era sempre e a temperatura calda

Innanzi tutto non sono stato informato che le mie due stanze prenotate erano una al 4 piano e una al 5 piano senza ascensore. Il bagno della seconda camera non aveva uno specchio e nessuna mensole per poggiare gli oggetti. Inoltre non aveva la chiusura della doccia ( neppure una tenda). Nelle camere nessuna sedia o mobile o armadio per sistemare gli abiti. Macchinetta del caffè scadente (faceva un caffè colorato. Allego le foto per rendere meglio la situazione.

Zentral gelegenes Studio mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Lage in einer Seitenstraße von der Avenue Louise ist sehr zentral und dabei trotzdem ruhig. Die Küche war für eine Person ausreichend ausgestattet (mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine). Das Bett fand ich bequem.

Ich hatte gedacht, ein Appartement mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer zu buchen - es handelte sich dann aber doch nur um ein Studio. Zwischen dem Wohnbereich und dem Bett befindet sich eine kleine Schwelle, über die ich mehrmals gestolpert bin, da man sie leicht übersieht. In der Küche fehlte ein Geschirrtuch. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist sehr klein, und die Dusche wird nur zur Hälfte vom restlichen Badezimmer abgetrennt. Leider habe ich keine Rückmeldung auf meine Frage nach einer Rechnung bekommen.

Molto comoda e confortevole, peccato per alcune cose che ci hanno creato dei piccoli disagi

La struttura é in una posizione molto strategica. Vicina a molti ristoranti e bar e anche alla stazione metro Munthof sia Louise. Vicino anche a supermercati. La camera molto carina. Impianto di riscaldamento ben funzionante.

Abbiamo trovato la camera non troppo pulita. Il self check-in non ha funzionato molto bene perché il codice che ci é stato dato per aprire il portone della struttura non funzionava. Siamo stati fortunati che un altro turista che soggiornava sempre lì in un altro appartamento, ci ha lasciato il codice di accesso. La doccia non aveva la porta scorrevole d’accesso, quindi facilmente si bagnava il pavimento. Mancava uno strofinaccio per poter asciugare le stoviglie

Petit studio simple et bien equipé, au centre de BXL

Simplicité et confort, bonne literie.

Nous avons recherché sur Booking un logement proche d’un lieu bien spécifique. Booking annonce que ce logement est à 250m de ce lieu, alors qu’il est à 2,5 kms! Nous avons dû prendre un taxi plutôt que de s’y rendre à pied! De plus, l’endroit est propre, mais les linges étaient très tâchés!

Lindo Departamento

Es un departamento bastante cómodo, bonito y limpio. Está cerca de restaurantes y comercio. A unos 6 minutos caminando del metro y accesible para ir al centro caminando también, en unos 20 minutos. Se accede al edificio y al departamento a través de clave de acceso, que te proporciona el dueño, cuando se lo solicitas. El departamento estaba calentito cuando llegamos, con la calefacción encendida, lo cual se agradece, ya que hacía mucho frío ese día.

La verdad nos gustó todo, sólo extrañamos cosas básicas, como un hervidor de agua , una tostadora de pan y un sofá más grande, ya que eramos 2 personas y sólo cuenta con 1 sofá pequeño. Si le agregaran eso, para mi estaría perfecto.
