Owner deceived me with invoice

Conditions are according to photos. I had everything for stay 3 nights.

I now have a serious problem with accounting and taxes because I didn't receive an invoice from the owner. Before check-in, I contacted the owner several times to explain that I had paid through my business account and that this was a business trip. The owner promised to issue an invoice after check-in. During check-in, I reminded the owner again that I needed an invoice, and he assured me I would get it. On the second day, and again before check-out, I followed up via the Booking chat, but nothing happened. After check-out, I contacted the owner multiple times through the Booking chat, WhatsApp, and even Booking Customer Support. I never received any response through any of these channels. I can’t call the owner directly because we don’t share a common language — I don’t speak French, and the owner doesn’t speak English. Although the owner was polite, I cannot recommend this apartment for business trips. The stress and unexpected tax implications from this issue have completely outweighed any positive experiences I had during my stay. It appears that the property may be rented illegally, and the owner deceived me regarding the invoice.

Property is nice but dusty and noisy.

I have to call the owner to get the key and hard to communicate. During midnight a man was screaming to a lady ( they are argue). Someone was turn on the music at 2 am. Property is nice but dusty. The dinning room & living shake when the train ( trump ) passes.

Very good

Central location, big rooms, modern kitchen. The street is very lively, so not exactly quiet in the evenings, but was not a concern for me. The bedroom is on the back yard side, so it is more quiet. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is shared with another apartment, but I've never came across the people I've been sharing bathroom with.

On the down side, the room is rather dark - the windows are small and at the knee height, but maybe that's not too bad in the summer. The weather was quite hot during my stay, but it didn't get too hot in the apartment. There could also be a bit more dishes and utensils in the kitchen. I direly missed a teapot and a kettle, as well as a bottle opener.

Très bon séjour dans un chouette quartier bruxellois

Très bonne situation géographique, quartier très sympa et animé ; logement spacieux et bien aménagé ; hôte très gentil ;j'ai eu un petit problème de température de douche, l'hôte est venu immédiatement et a réglé le problème ; logement calme ; j'ai apprécié qu'il y ait dans la cuisine du papier essuie-tout, ce qui est rarement le cas

Le seul petit bémol de cet appartement est le manque de lumière du jour dans le salon et la cuisine, mais on passe rarement la journée dans l'appartement, et par ailleurs la salle de bains est très lumineuse et donne beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre, donc on y trouve quand même son compte

Je n'avais pas vu dans la description de l'appartement que dans la chambre, il n'y avait que deux lits jumeaux, donc seul bémol pour ma part. Pourtant en relisant le descriptif, c'était effectivement indiqué.

Descrizioni non veritiere evita di sceglierlo

Appartamento carino ma solo visto e non abbiamo potuto soggiornare perché arrivati abbiamo scoperto che il bagno era in comune (ciabatte usate dentro la doccia , carta igienica usata e bagno usato da altri senza pulizia ) con altri 4 appartamenti e bisognava andare giù di un piano con le scale per accedere al bagno sperando di trovarlo libero ! Con una persona anziana questo era impossibile e inoltre non veniva detto che per l’accesso all’appartamento c’erano due piani di scale ripide

Lo staff mai visto nonostante il disagio lamentato via Wh e pur non avendo potuto soggiornare ,in quanto dalla descrizione le cose erano diverse dalla realtà, non ci ha neanche rimborsato e Booking non ci è stato di aiuto nonostante una loro struttura dica il falso su ciò che vende !!! Stiamo decidendo se procedere in altro modo !

Engañoso y Ruidoso : no volveria nunca

En las fotos del apartamento hay una cama grande (eso no existe en realidad) son 3 camas individuales muy pequeñas, no adaptas para adultos y los colchones son malisimos.El baño está ubicado afuera del apartamento y es compartido ( hay una cámara de seguridad justo en las escaleras para ir al baño ) y tenía que ir siempre vestido al baño. El apartamento es ruidoso 24 horas : pasa el tram de 06.00 a 01.00 y se escucha un montón, hay un bar al lado, los suelos son de madera y se escucha todo el tipo de conversaciones, televisiones y pasos durante el dia. En la primera planta vive una familia y los niños hacen mucho ruido, también vive el casero que me entrego las llaves y controla todo. Adjunto las fotos :
