It is an old house, and it needs to be a bit cleaner. But the total feeling is very good !! It also needs a light in the first corridor, especially if you arrive at night! The property has a lot of books, and you feel like you're at home!

Homely apartment in great district

Nice apartment in lovely district. Owner was very helpful and always available. Kitchen was good. Plenty of space in lounge. plenty of hot water and apartment well heated.

Apartment lacks internet. Bath is very small and takes some getting used to!

Extremely bad experience, not recommended at all.

Location was good.

The landlords were not reachable, even they didn't bother to reply or pick the call, also, as I had to do some important work and because of no internet (wifi) contrary to what was mentioned in the property description at the time of booking, I had to early checkout the property to find a different place. Even they didn't bother to reply to my issues. Overall it was disaster, and they didn't bother to return my money for early checkout because of wrong information.

Great apartment, lovely location but bad communication

- it’s a beautiful apartment and the location is charming. I loved it. - all the facilities are great in the apartment.

- the property says that have high speed internet in their description but they don’t have wifi and that was a huge problem for me. - the person responsible (Anis) to communicate about about keys never responded to my messages. I waited a day long for response and the gentleman at the ground level helped me with the keys. - the property cancelled my last day of stay due to double booking even if I had a completed the entire prepayment and it was a non-refundable payment at the property. I didn’t like that I had to find new place just for a day and I wasted my precious one DY of travelling.

Leider in keiner Weise nachvollziehbar, dass solche Quuartiere über die se seriöse Plattform angebot

Vom 31.7.-4.8. hatte ich die Ferienwohnung Historic Brussels gebucht. Eine Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich zunächst schwierig,gelang aber über WhatsApp. Sehr überrascht mussten wir feststellen, dass wir in einer privaten studentischen Wohnung landeten. Die von uns zweimal angeforderte 2. Bettstelle war nicht vorbereitet, Handtücher im Bad waren bereits benutzt. Der Gesamtzustand der Wohnung war schmutzig. Insbesondere Toilette, Dusche und Kücke stark verschmutzt. Für diese 4 Übernachtungen wurden uns 358,96€ berechnet!! Dies ist in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt für eine hygienisch nicht tragbare Unterkunft. Alle meine bisherigen Buchungen über Booking.com waren bislang befriedigend, umso enttäuschender ist die jetzige Erfahrung. Eine finanzielle Rückerstattung halte ich für erwartbar. Eccessivamente bohemien

La posizione è fantastica. L'arredo è un pò croce e delizia, a me personalmente è piaciuto, ma sicuramente è inidoneo all'uso proposto.

Il bagno è comunicante con il cucinino, con servizi igienici assolutamente da dimenticare per cura e conformazione. Portate delle asciugamani pulite da casa, quelle forniteci erano di dubbissima pulizia, così come la biancheria in generale. Ambiente polveroso; i viaggiatori meno bohemien, a ragione, potrebbero trovarlo finanche malsano. Non prenotate questo alloggio assolutamente se siete anche solo un minimo schizzinosi. Bastano 2 giorni su quel letto e quel divano letto per incrinare mezzo rachide.

Apartament to mieszkanie w którym ktoś mieszka na stałe. Dostęp do apartamentu dostaliśmy dopiero o godzinie 18.00 po wcześniejszym kontakcie, mimo, że podana jest godzina zameldowania 15.00. Brudny i nie zadbany. Wszędzie kurz, brudna łazienka, pościel nie wskazująca na to, że była wymieniona. W koszu na pranie sterta używanych i brudnych rzeczy. W szafkach i na półkach rzeczy kogoś kto tam mieszka, Brak miejsca na rozłożenie swoich rzeczy. Łazienka bardzo mała i bardzo zabrudzona.

Süße heimelige Wohnung in schöner, zentraler, ruhiger Lage. Es war nicht besonders sauber.

Die Lage ist grandios - in der Altstadt recht zentral, aber ruhig, sehr künsterlische Nachbarschaft. Der Balkon war sehr fein. Das Bett und die Couch waren sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr heimelig eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Details.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber ausreichend.
