the room was big and spacious and that was about it..
Mohamed, the gentleman who met us was rude as hell.
We arrived early and he held our bags until check in, very rudely.. (which was the only good thing). Upon arrival, he answered rudely and it was as if he was paying us to stay there. he didnt charge us though. Communication with the property prior to arrival was poor and they seldomly responded.
The room has a rat in, which I kept quiet from my wife on night 1 ( I am a light sleeper and saw it ) - I read this on other reviews too - and thought 'Ok, by now it should have been taken care of and still booked the place, taking advantage of the low rate and the size.
The location is very dodgy - I went out at 5am on the first morning, attempting to go for a morning run, and was met by someone just outside asking me if I wanted to buy cocaine. I looked around and immediately went back in. I also spoke to the shop owner across the road and he advised that we not walk about early morning and late evenings. ( we opted to take an uber to the Train Station the next morning, which is a 5 min walk), just due to the safety aspect... At night it is worse and we made sure that we didn't go out after dark. (I guess that is Europe) Fortunately we only stayed 2 nights..
During the day it is fine, but not at night where criminal looking element wander and loiter around.
We stayed for 2 nights - on day 1, the host asked us if we were staying 2 nights - which i said yes to. I mean this is on the booking.
On day 2 morning, fortunately we had our door locked, the host tried to open our door. This infuriated me, as he should have known, based on our conversation the day before.

The mouse in the room is very large and runs extremely fast. The hotel manager has an exceptional ability to lie.There is rat poison in the corner of the cabinet.
The room was dirty, messy, and terrible—definitely don’t stay here. We literally saw a 15-centimeter-long mouse running along the wall. The neighborhood outside isn’t safe either, with trash and broken glass everywhere. We saw news reports of a shootout in this area earlier this year. Avoid this place at all costs. We booked two nights but only slept for two hours before being scared awake by the mice. On the second night, we chose to leave this awful hotel. We asked for a refund, but the manager refused, claiming he hadn’t seen any mice (nonsense—they were hiding!). I called Booking.com to complain. It was really, truly horrible—I wouldn’t stay here even if they paid me €30 a night.There is rat poison in the corner of the cabinet.

Bonsoir j ai eu un problème dans ce logement des que mon arriver le locataire nous a donner une autre chambre pas cel que j ai réserve mais j ai du passer ca apres quand j ai rentrer la nuit la surprise y a des souris dans la chambre on entend même leur bruit donc j ai du envoyer un message au numero indiquer sur la réservation le monsieur vient pour nous changer la chambre avec une autre plus médiocre on nous criant de sous bon après une dispute j ai decide de passe la nuit la bah mais aujourd hui j ai sorti de chez lui en réservant un autre hôtel mais le monsieur n a tjr effectue aucun remboursement

En mi vida había estado en un lugar tan roñoso, mal cuidado y sucio. Es engañoso porque aparentemente reservabas un apartamento pero realmente solo es una habitación con baño y cocina compratida en la que no puedes usar los fuegos. Estaba absolutamente todo súper sucio, había mocos en el fregadero, las camas estaban sucias, el edredón tenía manchas rojas ( espero que de tomate) y las camas chirriaban constantemente y no nos dejaban dormir. Las toallas que ofrecían también estaban sucias. Por último, el barrio es peligroso, todos los escaparates destrozados, hombres en la calle a altas horas de la noche, en internet pone que es una zona peligrosa de abusos, peleas, contrabando y marginal. En general, repugnante.

El apartamento está bien, y tiene buen espacio
Las camas son incómodas, la puerta del baño no cerraba o se abría sola... Un día entro alguien a la habitación como si nada, la noche que llegamos, llegamos luego de las 22:00 y nos cobraron 40€ de más, al final negociamos en 30€.
El apartamento está bien, pero la atención es pésima. La ubicación es súper peligrosa, roban mucho, hay que tener cuidado.
