Comfortable place near the Midi Station

Apartment has everything you need for a couple days stay and is quite comfortable. Hosts are incredibly nice and accomodating. Wifi works great and with no hiccups. Location within a walking distance to a train station and metro station.

Be aware that there is no A/C (which is unfortunately a standard in Brussels) and the apartment is in the non-insulated building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with only a narrow wooden access staircase so it can be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Dish drying rack was moldy. + This is not the safest of neighborhoods and it shows + streets are incredibly dirty so the smell can be quite unpleasant.

Great, well equipped apartment. If I visit again, I'll rent the same place

Very well equipped apartment, has almost everything - kitchen appliances, coffee/tea, even containers for meal prep. Smart TV, blankets, flip flops, toiletries. Good location, 10min walk from train station, 30~ min walk to centre. Host was nice over texts, although we never met

Check-in was a bit awkward, person handing over the keys didn't speak English. The instructions said to ring a door-bell with a name that wasn't on there, thankfully someone stepped outside while I was waiting. Area is a bit sketchy, but once you walk a bit around Brussels you realize that's how most of the city looks and despite the looks it's very safe, even at night. Only thing missing from kitchen was some cooking oil - with all the pans, etc, it would be nice not to have to buy your own cooking oil, especially if you're flying in and won't be able to take it with you.

Well-equipped apartment near Brussels Midi/Zuid train station

The apartment was very well equipped, including a washing machine and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was quite close to Brussels Midi/Zuid train station, just a 4-minute walk—ideal if you plan to visit other cities like Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, or London.

Be aware of the area of the city you are booking. This place is not in the most upscale and cozy part of Brussels, where most European Union diplomats stay—that kind of accommodation can be insanely expensive. Instead, you'll be in a working-class neighborhood. That was fine for me, but a bit more cleanliness and better street lighting at night would have been appreciated.

Location convenient to access Midi station, apartment clean, spacious (maybe even too big for one person) and well equipped with all the amenities you'll need, even better than expected from the pictures. Bed was also comfortable and host was nice.

Fair accommodation close to Gare du Midi and the connection with the airport & center

The proximity to the bus station for the airport connection The size of the apartment The city center is 25 minute walking distance and there is also a metro connection at Gare du Midi

The communication with the host was a little bit difficult for the check-in, it would be better to have mentioned the name/number of the apartment / family to contact for the keys. Or to have very clear check-in info. The neighborhood seems quiet, but there is a lot of trash in the streets, up to the Gare du Midi, you must ignore it

Lovely spacious apartment in a good location

Great location, very close to the Gare du Midi and all its hustle and bustle but the apartment was surprisingly quiet. Decent walk into the city centre. Very well equipped kitchen, great shower and comfy bed, lots of space,

Stairs up to bed are steep and without handrail so need some care. Headroom in bed area for tall people is a little tricky.

Really good value for the money our stay was fantastic!

*Fully equipped flat for a very reasonable price, feels like at home as there are many things available from aluminium foil to toothpaste (if you don't have your own) *Close to the bus/train station so you can have a trip to Luxembourg early and then return to your home easily as we did *The host showed us everything inside the flat so there was not any problems or issues apart from the microwave. *Simple check-out process by leaving keys in the box near the door All in all we are very happy with our stay!

*The microwave was not working properly *Automated heating could be set to manual for easier configuration of the temperature *25-30 mins to the city main square on foot. Metro is a possibility but it was not a problem for us to go on foot. *The bathroom door does not have a lock and the hole for the key is see-through, this doesn't add some safety especially when visiting with your friends rather than with your SO
