Very negative experience. Absolutely not suitable for a business trip.

The property refused to issue an invoice. The managers were never reachable by phone, and on the few occasions they replied by message, their responses were evasive (and rude). After almost a month of phone calls, emails, and contacts with customer support, I finally received a Word document without any letterhead and containing incorrect details – clearly a template taken from the internet and filled in by someone with no experience. There was no Wi-Fi available on the premises during my stay. On that occasion as well, the managers were unreachable and sent evasive messages, telling me the issue would be resolved within a few hours, but without actually fixing the problem. The room is on the ground floor, directly on the street, and is not suitable for light sleepers.

Está en una de las mejores zonas de Bruselas zona tranquila con restaurantes y a 2 minutos de la Av.Louise,el aparcamiento corresponde a las imágenes buen mobiliario, moderno, limpio y para mí lo más importante era la calefacción va súper👌🏻 al igual que el wifi👏🏻y también como no mencionar a la chica de la limpieza súper simpática y atenta cualquier cosa que necesites.Sin dudar repetiré cada vez que regrese a Bélgica

Une horrible insonorisation et des voisins bruyants !!!!

Dommage que l'ensemble des autres locataires de l'immeuble confonde claquer les portes et marcher comme des éléphants avec leurs talons au dessus de la location jusqu'à 4 heures du matin avec respect d'autrui. La propreté autour du lit laissait à désirer également. Dommage car c'est très bien situé et bien meublé.

Une très mauvaise nuit

Personnel sympathique, arrivée et départ relativement simples

Mon séjour d'une nuit s'est très mal passé: - Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Je ne m'en suis rendue compte que lorsqu'un monsieur est venu (sans prévenir!) à 8h30 toquer avec énergie pour réparer le gaz... - Des taches sur la literie et sur le canapé, dont la housse était déchirée. Le studio sentait la cigarette - L’eau s’écoulait mal du lavabo et il n’y avait pas de savon pour se laver les mains. On ne peut conseiller ce studio à quiconque tant que la propreté et la gestion resteront aussi catastrophiques
