If you are looking for a clean flat close to the university, this one fulfils your need. Easy to reach with tram and train, close to the university (10 min by foot), offering the basic amenities you need before and after joining a busy day outside. There are also many cafés and cheap restaurants in the surroundings for fast food.
It has plenty of worn out furniture spread all over the flat and the floor is noisy. I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time there. But, as said, if your goal is simply to have a clean space to retreat after a long day and leave from the following morning, it will definitely suit your needs.

The apartment is big and you have everything at your disposal: private wc, good wifi connection, spacious wardrobe, kitchen with microwaves, oven, sink, stove, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving. The hosts are very kind and helpful as well.
There is no TV in the bedroom and the shower is not fixed to the wall, only with a hose, but these are quite tolerable issues.
