Personnel not answering when called or texted, bad smell inside, broken bathroom accesories(toilet, shower cap), it is basically the attick of a garage

Location

Horrible and disgusting cleanliness, upon arrival the towel and sheets were already with stains and there were dust in the apartment. Also the host did not provide the check-in details in advance, so when arriving to Brussels I had no information about my stay. I called 5 times and wrote to the host, they did not pick up or react, so I had to wait somewhere in the city. Only when writing to booking support I received some reaction from the host and could do the check-in. Horrible respect to the customer from the host perspective.

Good, budget flat.

Nice flat, very spacious in a great safe area, surround by many stores and restaurants, just 25 minutes walk from Grand Palace. Great shower, but no amenities available.

There’s no main heater on the house, so it was cold, only a small heart available, which wasn’t enough. The bathroom sink got stuck many times, and the bed is two small mattresses put together, terrible pillow and cover, I couldn’t sleepy well. The room is located in an attic with a really lower celling, you must be carefully to not hit your head, the star case to the room is very stiff and dangerous. The check in was a bit weird, the key was left hidden in the street. I only recommend if you’re young on the budget. The flat is cool but it need a lot improvements !

The kitchen. Needs cleaned thoroughly and the kitchen utensils and appliances need replaced.

La localisation de cet appartement sur Bruxelles est sympathique.

Sous les toits appartement à éviter par forte chaleur - cela devient une fournaise. Les clés ont été cachées sur une rue passante difficile à trouver - par chance un habitant de l'immeuble passait par là et nous n'étions pas les premiers ennuyés. Hôtes pas joignable. Equipements présentés en photo non présent sur site -pas de canapé lit dommage vu la chaleur nous aurions apprécié dormir au RDC.

Des voleurs qui invente des histoire pour ne pas rendre la garantie et booking laisse faire !!!!!!

L'établissement ce déroge le droit de prélever de l'argent sur notre garantie de 500 euro ils nous ont rendu 300euro sous prétexte que j'aurais fumer dans le logement ce qui est totalement faux il n'y as eu ni entrée des lieux ni état à la sortie !! Et booking ne fait rien sachez le ! Cette établissement ce permet de prendre et booking s'en.lave les mains sans AUCUNE PREUVE !!!

La ubicación (30 min caminando al centro, carrefour a 2 min y tranvía en la puerta) El precio (no vale más)

Camas incomodas y almohadas de papel de fumar No hay calefacción, solo dos radiadores y hace frío Utensilios de cocina escasos y todo malo (sartenes que se pegan) Baño muy frío y vacío (tuvimos que comprar hasta papel WC) Podría estar más limpio No hay secador de pelo Las toallas están demasiado viejas No hay mantas por si te da frío durmiendo Pedimos varias cosas al propietario y nos ignoró

J'aime pas . C'était pas comme dans les photos. J'ai trouvé de préservatif, pas de chauffage. Je me laisse sur le lavabo et elle se casse et pour ça j'ai perdu 300€. L'entrée c'est comme dans le film horror. Voilà ça c'est la expérience en Bruxelles Center flat.
