Compact apartment in a great location.

The apartment was clean and conveniently located, a few minutes walk from Troon metro and within 10 minutes walk of the Royal Palace/Bozar area. The area felt very safe. Facilities were basic but adequate - the shower worked well and the kitchen was equipped with pans, crockery and food preparation utensils. We didn't use the oven, but a couple of baking dishes were supplied. There is a Lidl supermarket just down the road. Check-in and checkout were easy: there is a keypad to get into the building and a lockbox outside the apartment.

As other reviewers mentioned, there is no cutlery at all! We had read the reviews and brought our own, but that would be hard if arriving by air. It is ridiculous not to provide utensils to eat the food cooked using the kitchen equipment. I removed one star for this. Also, the apartment is on the fifth floor (small lift to fourth floor). This was fine for us, but might not suit everyone.

Centrally located, cozy, well-equipped apartment with a nice washroom.

There was an initial cleaning scheduling conflict with the room that the host resolved promptly and immediately. Really appreciated the responsiveness and enjoyed the room for a long weekend. Close proximity to many sightseeing locations.

la ubicación y que tenía todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios

muy pequeño y solo había dos toallas pequeñas. Ni Ni para las manos ni para el pelo había toallas. No hay apenas sitio para comer o para dejar el equipaje, es muy estrecho todo.

NE PLUS RECOMMENDER

l'emplacement est idéal et très bien situé à Bruxelles et la SdB était propre et grande. Pour le positif cela s’arrête là.

Il n'y avait pas de couverts, mais seulement des fourchettes en plastique, j'ai envoyé" deux e-mails et attend toujours pour avoir des couverts dignes de ce nom. J'ai donc du en acheter pour ce séjour! Si on prend un AIrBnB c'est au moins pour la possibilité de se faire un PDJ ou un rapide repas; sinon on va à l’hôtel, j'aurais du aller à l’hôtel! le lit n'était pas très propre, j’ai des photos à l'appui et les draps et couettes étaient pour l'hiver alors qu'il faisait plus de 30 degrés dans l'appartement, la couette était tachée ainsi que le drap! Là encore j'ai appelé pour un changement de draps , j’attends encore! le lit était constitué en fait de deux lits 70 juxtaposés et d'un vague sur-matelas de 5 à 7 cm, pas idéal pour dormir, une des fenêtres ne s'ouvrait pas et l'autre n'avait probablement pas été nettoyée depuis plusieurs années. Pour tout cela, j’ai les photos à l'appui. AU final je suis parti plus tôt et tant pis car je n'en pouvais plus!

Migliorabile, ma abbastanza comodo

L'appartamento si trova al 5 piano e l'ascensore arriva fino al 4, posizione tranquilla, vista su un palazzo ad uso ufficio. Piuttosto tranquillo alla notte e relativamente vicino al centro storico. Nelle vicinanze ci sono comunque dei posti da visitare tipo il palazzo del parlamento europeo e il palazzo reale. Comodo alla stazione metro.

Da migliorare la dotazione di pentole e strumenti da cucina (presenti una pentola antiaderente che ha fatto la suo uso), assenti le posate ad eccezione di forchettone e cucchiaio da insalata. Predisporre una dotazione di asciugamani quando è previsto un soggiorno più lungo.

Agradable estancia cerca del barrio europeo

La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento tiene muchísima luz y un tamaño apropiado para dos personas.

La cama era muy incómoda. El apartamento no está provisto de lo básico para pasar un par de días, como por ejemplo detergente para lavar los platos, o una escoba. La ubicación de los enchufes no es muy lógica.

Bien por el precio y ubicación.

Es un monoambiente con buena ubicación, baño grande y tiene una cocina con los elementos básicos.

La cama no era cómoda, las sábanas eran calientes al igual que el departamento y no había ningún ventilador/aire. Faltaba toalla para manos. Algunos utensilios de la cocina no estaban limpios.

E' stato molto comodo soggiornare in questa zona.

l'appartamento ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Ha 2 belle finestre luminose, Il bagno sembra nuovo, è grande e spazioso. Il piano cottura è comodo, il frigo è grande. L'ascensore è molto comodo.

Mancava l'indirizzo giusto, il taxi non sapeva dove fermarsi e quando sono scesa, ho dovuto girovagare di sera in questa zona che comunque non conoscevo. Il proprietario mi ha aiutata..per fortuna. Sarebbe preferibile che le lenzuola fossero bianche e di cotone, invece che colorate.
