Who needs heating in November?

Clean

The owner controls the radiator thermostat remotely, via his mobile, and overrides the guest’s settings. Freezing cold on arrival and he turned off the heating again at night. Only communicates in French. Refuses refund, despite Booking. com’s intervention.

The studio was comfortable, spotless, modern, arranged with attention to details. Prompt communication and early check-in were appreciated.

Excellent stay!

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. All you need for a short business stay, with comforts such as a coffee machine, iron etc.

If I had to nitpick, I would suggest adding curtains or blinds to the bathroom windows apart from the frosted glass; and including instructions on how to use heating for foreigners not familiar with Belgian heating.

L’emplacement de l’appartement à 2 pas d’un arrêt de tram est top, il est super lumineux, le lit est confortable, la salle de bain est spacieuse et la cuisine est bien équipé

L’appartement est pas super bien isolé du bruit mais ça reste correct, il faudrait aussi une 2e poêle et casserole pour avoir plus de taille

Appartement très propre, suffisamment équipé et aménagé. La literie est très confortable. Le bien est très bien situé dans un quartier très bien desservi en termes de transports en commun.

Accès à l'appartement via des escaliers assez étroits, difficile lorsque nous sommes chargés.

Un hébergement idéal pour un court séjour à Bruxelles

Situation géographique idéale pour se déplacer dans Bruxelles. Accessibilité bus, trams par exemple ligne bus 34 qui dessert le centre villle au départ de la station De Jagdt (la Chasse), les trams 81 en direction de Flagey, les trams 9 et 25 depuis Arsenaal très pratiques pour se déplacer sans faire de changements. Le quartier est bien équipé en commerces de proximités et facilite les achats de toutes catégories. Environnement relativement sécurisé et calme.

Dans l'appartement une hotte serait la bienvenue. Ce qui permettrait de pouvoir cuisiner sans enfumer l'espace de vie.

Studio confortable, très bien équipé pour 2 personnes à proximité des commerces et transports.

Équipement de la kitchenette parfait avec vaisselle et ustensiles nécessaires. Équipement salle de bain apprécié avec gel douche et shampoing, sèche-cheveux. Flexibilité concernant l’heure d’arrivée. Studio à l’état neuf et très propre. Il ne manquait rien !

Un week-end bruxelois en toute sérénité

Studio bien placé à Etterbeck, proche de commerces et des transports en commun, à 15 minutes en bus du centre de Bruxelles. Un parking gratuit, dans une rue adjacente, est accessible à pieds en 5 minutes.

Bon séjour à Bruxelles !

Confort d’une chambre d’hôtel. Petit déjeuner sur place avec boulangerie juste en face. Situé à proximité de notre fils !

Nous avons eu un peu froid malgré le chauffage électrique. La couette mériterait d’être un peu plus épaisse.

Praktisch en gemakkelijk! Deze plaats ga ik zeker onthouden.

Ligging was erg goed, eigenaar bleef bereikbaar zowel telefonisch als per mail indien ik vragen had. Studio tip top in orde met wat espresso koffie en fleswater beschikbaar. Kwaliteit matras en kussens zijn heel goed, voortreffelijk geslapen!

Door een technisch probleem was het helaas niet mogelijk verbinding te maken met wifi (gelukkig heb ik gigantisch veel data) maar neemt niet weg dat ik het maximum punten geef.
