Loved the Apartment but won't suit everyone.

Simple lay out and close proximity to the centre and metro, plus 20 minutes walk to central station.

It's in the 4th floor of a very narrow building with a rather steep incline. Unless you are fit and healthy, the 4th floor will cause problems for some tourists. The second bedroom is also up a steep stairs.

Lovely stay and perfect for exploring the town.

Spacious two level apartment on the top floor. Nice street views. Well kitted out. Close to the metro stop and not too far to the train station.

VERY NEGATIVE - DIRTY AND HALF OF THE AMENITIES WERE NOT THERE

Misinformation at its best... we stayed there because we didn't have any options. Even though we made same day complain to Booking.com, BOOKING.COM DID NOT HELP AT ALL....

The apartment is cool but the host has to work on their communication ability

It has 2 floors which is cool and convenient 1 dorm on the first floor and the other one on the second. It was clean and calm at night. There’s a cafe on the ground floor.

It was stressful that the owner did not reply or give details when asked. We were very worried about our booking because of that. He replies only at his convenience and only what he wants. For example, we already arrived to Bruxelles and we still didn’t have all the details needed even when asked.

Nice Apartment, Great location, but the stairs!!!

It was a well appointed apartment in a fantastic location, within a 15 min walk to grand place Nice local restaurants and bars, Close to shops and a five minute walk to a lidl. .Huge upper mezzanine with two double beds. Strong WiFi , plenty of room for a family. Clean apartment. Felt safe coming and going at any hour of the day. Plenty of hot water and heating which was great as it was very cold outside during our visit. Overall worth the money and I would recommend it for the price..

The entry hall to the apartment building is very dark, narrow and full of boxes which make the entry very narrow and run down looking.. Then you meet the stairs! The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building! No lift. It is a tight staircase with the best part of eighty steps and it is quite steep to climb never mind with luggage. It would not suit a family with very young children or people with mobility issues. This is not a criticism of the apartment but the building itself. Personally, I found the mattress and pillows far too soft in the downstairs double bed . Randomly during our stay on our return in the evening there was a bad odour when we entered the apartment, Upon investigation it would seem to be coming from a service door in the wall and rising from beneath us. It was not from the bathroom nor was it sewage. We thought it may have been an odour from someone cooking in another apartment beneath us. If so they should consider paying someone else to cook for them.

Quelques efforts permettraient facilement d'améliorer ce logement.

Le logement est bien situé, spacieux et convenait à mon besoin. Nous y avons bien dormi, la literie est bonne et propre.

Le logement comprend 4 radiateurs qui étaient tous fermés à notre arrivé au mois de janvier ! Apres les avoir ouverts, 3 d'entre eux fuyaient dont un abondamment ! Coté accueil, j'aurai aimé trouver quelques sachets de thé, un peu de café et du sucre. Une patère dans la salle de bain, des prises pour utiliser les lampes de chevet...Enfin, il serait bon d'indiquer l'accès très pentu, aussi bien pour de l'escalier de l'immeuble que pour la pièce sous le toit. Nous avions une personne âgée avec nous.

Appartement agréable dans un quartier de Bruxelles très vivant à proximité des transports en commun.

Nous avons aimé la situation géographique et le fait qu'il y ait le métro, le bus et pas mal de restaurants à coté.

Les parties communes n'étaient pas propres avec des poubelles devant les portes. Il manquait de bols pour le petit déjeuner et de nombreuses assiettes étaient ébréchées.

Quartiere si, casa no!

Devo dire che L unica nota positiva di questo soggiorno a Bruxelles era il quartiere. La casa infatti si trova nella zona di Ixelles, Matonge’ un quartiere vibrante con molti locali e giovani, la sera però non c’è mai stato troppa confusione era molto armonico . La casa essendo al 4 piano offre una bella vista

La casa situata al 4 piano ha delle scale veramente poco facili da salire e inoltre le scale condominiali sono veramente sporche. Il problema è che L appartamento lo era ancora di più! I letti erano rifatti ma le lenzuola erano sporche e puzzavano…la cucina era lurida aprivi i cassetti e c erano macchie di olio e di altri residui di cibo. I pavimenti erano sporchissimi. Appena entrati abbiamo dovuto spalancare tutte le finestre perché c era un odore terribile. Ho chiesto al proprietario di almeno considerare di rifarci i letti per la seconda sera, non mi ha mai nemmeno risposto

Le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée à 16:30. Numéro injoignable jusqu'à 20:00. Le personnel de ménage est passé vers 20:30. On nous a proposé un dédommagement pour la gêne occasionnée, dédommagement que nous n'avons jamais eu...

Bel endroit pour un hébergement affaire ou en famille.

L'appartement est pas très grand mais très bien organisé. Le studio à l'étage est top. Il est douillet.

Attention à l'escalier vers l'appartement puis à l'intérieur de l'appartement allant vers le studio, vous pourriez avoir une surprise.

Nichts hat mir in der Unterkunft gefallen

Nicht sauber, der Gestank in der Eingang, die Treffen nach Ober das haben wir nicht sehen, und auch nicht so erwartet! Bett Bezug war gerissen, Toilette kaputt! Küche, Geschirr schmutzig!

Estaba muy sucio. Suelo sin barrer ni fregar, colchones de muelles viejos, baño que tuvimos que fregar con lejía antes de usar. El acceso a la parte de arriba era arriesgada y muy peligrosa. Y también destacar que es un 4 piso sin ascensor, escaleras estrechas y de madera el primer piso olía a Cannabis tanto que subía hasta nuestro apartamento. Ruidoso

Appartement situé dans un quartier populaire à proximité du centre ville et du métro. Je le recommande.

Il y avait une chaise cassée dans l'appartement malgré la vérification qu'avant fait le propriétaire avant notre arrivée. Cela nous conduit a avoir quelques échanges avec le propriétaire.

Pour une nuit c'était très bien. Super balade dans Ixelles le soir.

Le quartier d'Ixelles vraiment très sympa à proximité. L'espace très grand à l'étage (pour les enfants). Le ménage était bien fait. Proche tout commerce

Les toilettes fuyaient un petit peu. Une chaise semblait un peu fragile au niveau des pieds. Les travaux à proximité (avril 2025 : démarrage des travaux à 7H30, heureusement on se levait tôt)

Heel ruim, mooi ingericht, nieuwe keuken en apparatuur. Mooi uitzicht en fijne ligging. Een prachtig appartement, helemaal voor jezelf.

De binnenkomst was teleurstellend. Een kapotte, vieze wc bril die naast de wc lag. Voor de prijs mocht dit wel in orde zijn. Het appartement was vrij gehorig. Let op: het appartement ligt op de 4e verdieping zonder lift, met een steile trap. Een uitdaging met jonge kinderen en baggage.
