Only the location. Everything else was bad

Room had no heating, bathroom was dirty with urine sports on the floor. The bathroom cupboard was broken and sink water was leaking into the cupboard. Also the size of the room was quite small.

Photos were misleading. It was a basic room and bathroom. Don't add photos in the description that customer doesn't see in their room.

Small and clean directly in the center, good for a short vacation stay.

Located directly in the centre of Brussels. Very easy provisioning of the keycodes. Rather big bed. Clean apartment.

Space is very limited. No wardrobe for putting on business clothes. Also in the bathroom, there is only very little space for putting things.

Good location, but experience could be improved

The property was very central and easy to get to from central train station. It was also well secure with keypad passwords. Bedding was fresh and clean. The space was generally mean too.

I only stayed for two nights so I didn’t see a reason to call and make a fuss, however, the shower started to overflow while in use. When I took a look it appeared the plug in the drain was completely blocked and full of hair. After using the shower and stale water smell lingered throughout the apartment. It was fine once I left the window a jar during the day and thankfully the weather was good fine enough to allow me to do this. Some of the plug sockets no longer had power and bulbs no longer working also.

The location

2 stars Good Location, But Poor Experience and Misleading Fees The location of the property was great — very central and convenient for exploring the area. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn’t stay here again. After confirming the booking, I was informed of a €60 cash surcharge for check-in after 10 PM — a fee that was never disclosed at the time of booking. The host claimed it was to cover staffing for a late check-in, but when we arrived, there was no staff present at all. We were simply sent a file with codes and instructions to access the building and the room ourselves. So the fee felt completely unjustified. When I questioned this, communication became defensive. Ultimately, the host cancelled our first night, leaving us in a stressful situation trying to book alternative accommodation last minute. In terms of the stay itself: • The walls are thin — you can hear people talking next door and in the corridors. • There was no housekeeping during our stay. • The cleanliness was average at best, not what you’d expect for the price. It’s a shame because the location has so much potential, but the management and lack of transparency really let it down. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless major changes are made to the way it operates.

The location of the apartment is good because you have everything within just 2-5 minutes

The pictures of the room were much nicer than the room itself. The room was not entirely clean, kitchen cupboards were almost broken.. we got a sponge for washing the dishes which was so overly used that we did not want to touch it at all. We basically tried to stay away from the kitchen area as it was in the worst condition. The bathroom was looking quite okay and was moderately cleaned. Double bed was quite small for two people.

I asked the person (reception) if they could help me with cameras segurity, the aswer was ( i dont know just leave the video and photo police) because my friend lost his computer in Bruxelles. He didn’t know where part leave his laptop. Is was à trouble because I left open door and I guess someone took the computer

Location was helpful considering the city. Clean towels and organised. The owner was willing to help in any question very fast.

Even though location is good, the way to get in the building and later to the appartment is questionable. The alley is very dirty and smelly, during day/night many people are using the area to relax their urinal system. Additionally, the elevator is dirty and smelly. furthermore in the bathroom area, the sink is extremely small, making it impossible not to spill water on the floor. Lastly, the shower, needs equipment change asap.

The room was very clean and had a cool view. Maybe a TV was missing? The instructions were good. My trip went well. The apartment was close to everything as it was in the center of Brussels which I’m not complaining about

Great location and adorable flat.

It is a very cute place. Big bathroom, very comfortable bed and great space. The location is exceptional right in the center of everything. Very well equipped and very clean. The gentleman that helped is was very nice.

If you are expecting to use wifi, don’t book it. It does not work at all. They gave us the office wifi and that didn’t work either. I didn’t want to deal with that because we were staying only one night so I just shared my internet with my family.

Great location but many negatives

Location and AC were great. Room lighting, flooring and bathroom were updated.

Lots of things. No hot water pot as it blew breaker and had no electricity. Property manager sent pretty quickly to flip breaker but no hot water unit for coffee or tea. No coffee/tea, soap, shampoo, tv, wall art. It’s very basic. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. WiFi was really bad and didn’t really work. Security was difficult as three different codes to get into unit. I wouldn’t stay there again and I thought we overpaid for the room.

Bed was very comfortable, location was good and worth it for the price. I'll leave the review at 6.0 only because of how good the location was.

The person who met us there was horrible and had a horrible attitude. They took photos of my bank card and refused to answer basic questions. The place also looked nothing like it did in the photos when we were looking online. It was also really hard to find, no help from the staff on locating it.

Great location, but very basic room, unpracticable sink, and very noisy floor

Very central location

It wasn't vacuumed well so there was dirt and hair in the bathroom. It's not soundproofed so you'll hear everything on the floor - every door and every footstep from all the other apartments. Bathroom sink is so tiny it won't fit your hands....it was a challenge to wash your face or brush your teeth.

Stunnig photogenic view

The view from the room was absolutely mesmerizing. This is a staffless hotel with self-check in, according to instructions received via e-mail. They are intuitive, though some people may find them complicated. The location is excellent.

Great location and clean apartment

Felt very clean and was in a great location! Very close to the metro, restaurants, and shopping stores. If you want to get your nails done you have a lot of options in the mall.

The wifi didn’t work well at all which was frustrating. Very very thin walls, and the apartment is in a mall. You have to walk through the mall to get to the apartments and it felt quite dodgy sometimes, especially when your alone. also the elevator played up while we were trying to get out, it had a mind of its own and was going up and down and the door wouldn’t open when we got to the bottom. regardless we are grateful the apartment building had an elevator!

Difficult to get keys, Language a big issue, Nobody to meet in person for help.

Very difficult to collect key, We got delayed by our bus to Brussels from Paris and reached late after 10 pm. There is no board, no Signs nothing to tell us where the hotel is, even when we were standing outside the hotel. The main mall entrance was closed. The telephone did not help as they could not speak a word of english. We had to ask a strange who took like 15 minutes to call people from his own phone, talk to them in Dutch, figure out a way to use a back entrance. We did not receive any codes to open the doors, The stranger talked and got the codes. This is very unprofessional. This is a hotel stay and there should be someone somewhere close to help the people.

The beds are very soft and uncomfortable. And for sure one needs fresh towels every morning, which were not available.

Quite an interesting location, being within a strip mall and above a number of apartments. Still close to Grand Place nonetheless. Walls were paper thin. Could hear neigboring tenets talking, even at low volumes.

Bad

Dear Booking.com, I would like to ask for a refund for my booking in this property. After I booked the rooms, I messaged the property asking if we could check in early and they said they could help us with that. On the day I arrived in Brussels, my family and I (with a total of 13 people!) could not find the actual building of this property even though we went to the exact location stated in the property description. We called the property asking for directions but the staff very rudely just said “You come at 3 pm!” and hung up. So at this point, the property not only lied to us about early check in, they also refused to give us directions on how to find them. With some help from locals, we finally found the building. The entrance was hidden in a run down “shopping mall”. It smelled like urine and it was completely dark. It was the complete opposite of the description they provided in the Booking.com website. As someone who always relies on Booking.com when traveling, I find it unacceptable for that kind of property to be on the website. We decided not to check in to the horrible property. We were very fortunate to still find rooms for 13 people on a weekend in Brussels. Can you please kindly review the situation and proceed with a refund? We tried to ask for a refund from the property but sure enough they did not approve. Thank you and I look forward to your response. Best regards, Meiliana

Good location, but it miss a reception

- Great location! Just close to everything - Great room and very comfortable bed. - Great toilet! Shower was amazing

- very noisy to sleep! There was a party close to the building and even though we are at the 6th floor we could hear people making noise. - Very bad entree to the hotel, it is inside a gallery, which closes at 10pm. After this period you can use a very small door. - No reception - Wi-Fi stopped to work - There wasn't key to lock the door (only code from outside of the door). - we couldn't leave our luggage there, so we had to pay it at the central station
