There were mice in the room At night something was running on the roof and inside the walls, it might've been martens or some other animals The neighbourhood seemed dangerous The owner of the room asked to call him once I get there, then led me to a different building than the one I book through the website

Worst experiance.

As we booked, presumed to stay in current address, but owner changed location and it was very unpleasnt and even scary. We was informed that area is "hot" area, loads of weed smokers and need to watch our belongings. In next evening owner come over and told - "we checked your room and you havent left any of your belongings". Dear guests please be aware of this, they can check your belongings, please do not leave anything valuable. It was worst experiance. I would never suggest this place to anyone..

be considered booking this place, i feel i got scammed here

the owner of the place is very rude and aggressive. He came into my room without my consent to look for something he said he forgot on the third evening of my stay. On the other night, he knocked on my door and asked if two Ukraine ladies could sleep and share the room with me because his place is over booking and he already took their money. Crazy man. The place is very noisy from the rooms downstairs, i stay on 4th floor, but every movements from 2nd and 3rd flood made i could all hear it. The worst place i ever stayed really, also the area seemed not safe at all. I witnessed 2 fights on the street walking home the same day. Also it listed on the website as entired apartment but it was only a room even shared bathroom.

Honestly I read the reviews. Most of which must have been written by self-appointed privileged aristocrats. It's on a busy street in an older building. If you are grounded in reality then you'll see the people around this spot are doing their own thing and not concerned about your peace and tranquility. If you live in the fantasy of rainbows and unicorns don't be cheap and go spend the $$$ on a 5star hotel.

Close to centre, clean and tidy but host untrustable.

The property was fine. Was clean, adequate space and beds, bathroom and shower was clean. Host came promptly. Was close to town 10/15 minute walk. Had wifi, little kitchen to make tea and coffee and wash up. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, washing up liquid was available if needed.

I accidentally booked for the week later, turned up, paid the man €100 euros cash and asked him to cancel my booking so I could be refunded, he said yes he would, but never did, I don’t like this kind of thing, no communication after he received the cash money and went home, so unfortunately that leaves a bitter taste for me.

I didn't like anything

The place itself was very dirty, and there were mountains of trash piled up in front of the hotel. The staff were extremely rude. The hotel manager was sitting across the street and kept yelling at me. I even thought it might be a robbery. It was a horrible experience. I immediately looked for another hotel for my family and requested a refund. I didn't get a refund, but at least I was able to get out of this situation. In my 40 years of life, this was definitely the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel.

It was comfortable and spacious.

The host was great and the room had enough beds for my kids. The room was also spacious for our family of four. We had access to convenience stores below and walking distance from restaurants/bars.

The street outside is very loud and people were screaming through the night. It did not quiet down until 4-5 am. Wouldn’t have really bothered us if we didn’t have a 10 month old.

Recommend for the short business stay if you are travelling alone or with colleagues. Good location.

The host is very nice and helpful. Very close to the city center, if you are doing your business all the day and come just to sleep, it is ok. I walked very easily to the whole city center, no need to spend money for the public transport. Be aware of the very narrow stairs. No elevator.

The district: just around the corner is the city center, but the streets are very dirty (it is not the problem of the host)

Le quartier le logement et la personne les trois mauvaise affaire

À peine j’ai garé ma voiture, un vol même pas une minute le temps que j’ai monté, j’irai redescendez casser ma voiture la personne il est pas aimable du tout, il m’a cassé la tête pour un bébé de moins de deux ans, il m’a dit, j’aime pas les bébés Caryl vomi il est venu même dans ma voiture, je lui dis moi, j’ai que un bébé j’ai pas de bébé, il comprend pas jusqu’à qu’il vérifie lui-même pour m’accepter. Et le lendemain il est venu me voir pour six, je rajoute quelques jours, il m’enlève cinq euros je luis dit non merci

Katastrophale Lage , Inhaber sehr unfreundlich.

Besitzer sehr unfreundlich, wir sind eine Familie von 2 Erwachsene 3 Kindern , 8 Jahre alt , 3 Jahre alt , und ein ganz kleines Baby von 4 Monate . Extra Bett für Babys sind nicht zum verfügbar. Durch booking.com war das Übernachtung für unser Baby kostenfrei da er mit uns in ein Bett schlafen müsste . Der Besitzer verlangten von uns 30€ mehr oder ich sollte das Buchung kostenpflichtig stornieren. Natürlich habe nicht akzeptiert und ein kostenfrei Stornierung beantragt habe , er wollte uns nicht bestätigen bis wann ich zu booking.com mich gewendet habe und Recht bekomme für die Richtlinien auf das Baby . Wir waren zu Fuß unterwegs mit 3 Kindern auf kalt er wollte uns nicht rein lassen mehr und wir sollten von Anfang ein neue Unterkunft suchen . Nicht zu empfehlen. Lage katastrophal kein Familie , ehrlich gesagt da bringe ich nicht mal Hunde !

Pésima y horrible experiencia

Nuestra experiencia con esta señora ha sido desastrosa y para nada la volveríamos a repetir. Las condiciones de limpieza del piso dejaban bastante que desear , además que pone que está equipado con cocina y ni siquiera hay una sartén o una olla para cocinar.. Nuestro radiador de la habitación no producía calor y cuando se le reclamó una solución jamás apareció para solucionarlo, además de que el último día decidió mantener una discursión acalorada con nosotros ya que nos dijo que podíamos dejar nuestro equipaje sin problemas hasta que regresáramos de una excursión durante el día y que no había ningún problema porque se volviese de noche a buscar las cosas y que además no creía que fuese a tener nuevos clientes que dificultaran nuestra situación , nos recriminó habernos llevado las llaves para recuperar nuestras cosas cuando fue lo que justo ella nos dijo , incluso intentó apropiarse indebidamente de nuestro equipaje hasta el día siguiente y hacernos perder un vuelo , mencionar también que nos coaccionó para que le pagáramos por dejar las maletas , por no hablar de las múltiples ofensas y citas en diferentes idiomas que iba profiriendo hacia nosotros vía WhatsApp. Un precio bastante alto para las condiciones y el trato recibido , la localización por el barrio en el que se ubica no trasmite mucha seguridad ni la gente que lo frecuenta tampoco ,que muchas veces llegan a consumir diferentes sustancias delante de la puerta del alojamiento ,para nada recomendable .

La télé ne fonctionne pas La douche fonctionne mal (pas d'eau chaude) Appartement en colocation (nous avons demandé un appartement pour nous et nos enfants en bas âge) Frigo avec des produits moisi et pas propre Pas de chauffage (j'ai un bébé de 4 mois) Logement inadapté a un bébé (alors que précisé dans la réservation) Odeur de renfermé Cheveux retrouvé dans les tissus des draps dans les lits Le propriétaire nous a changé de logement et a ensuite dit que le premier réservé étais plus propre et propriétaire mal poli et désagréable. Quartier à ne pas proposer pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge.

L’emplacement est approprié quand tu n’as pas de voiture. Garer une voiture dans la zone c’est courir le risque de retrouver les vitres cassées

L’insécurité et l’insalubrité. Le monsieur qui a remis la clé etait trop invasif. Il n’arrêtait pas de venir ouvrir la porte de la chambre pour demander quand on va partir. À peine il toque à la porte, il ouvre sans gêne. J’ai trouvé ce comportement invasif et irrespectueux

A parte de que en la reserva pone un numero de portal que no es, el anfitrion fue desagradable con nosotros, incluso nos insultó, acrodamos con el que nos esperara ya que llegabamos tarde y no estaba alli, el apartamento es compartido aunque no lo ponga, no hay agua caliente, la habitación sucia y con pelos en las camas y del barrio mejor ni hablar, es 0 recomendable, pasamos una sola noche y buscamos otro alojamiento. Tengan mucho cuidado.

صاحبة المكان غير لطيفة، فظة ، تتعامل بدون ذوق ، نحن كنا أسرة، مع اطفال خصصت لنا غرفة في شقة مع رجال عاذبين متطفلين عشوائين ، غير انه المعلومات حول وصف المكان لم تكن دقيقة و الشقة في الطابق الرابع ، كانت تجربة سيئة لا انصح بهذا المكان مطلقا

Sejour très désagréable

Le personnel était plutôt gentil et voulais bien faire pour notre confort il nous a prévenu de faire attention et de ne pas ouvrir car il y avait des hommes a côtés et qu'on étaient des filles il répondais assez facilement au téléphone

L'équipement n'était pas aux normes la bâtisse est sûrement très vieilles, le quartier où c'est située craint pas mal.. Nous étions de base dans une petite maison puis il nous a déplacer dans une "plus grande chambre" pour nous 3 mais en contrepartie nous avions juste une chambre, la douche et les toilettes étaient commune, le matériel est rouillé, la lumière distinctionne énormément, la multiprise de la chambre marche une fois sur deux, la lumière est très mauvaise obligé de brancher la lampe de la chambre pour y voir clair, il y avait du pipi et des poils dans la douche, les toilettes étaient sale et sentais très mauvais, la plomberie n'est sûrement pas aux normes les escaliers sont très dangereux et pas aux normes (des marches très haute avec une rampe qui change de sens quand on descend ef des escaliers en métal tournant très dangereux aussi), un homme c'est incrusté dans notre chambre et on ne se sentait pas en sécurité du fait qu'il nous avait déplacé dans la chambre juste à côté de ceux dont il nous a dit de nous méfier. Les lits grince, l'échelle du lit superposer ne semblait pas solide, nous avons dû fermer a clé notre chambre et mettre une table contre la porte pour être sûre de ne pas être déranger, il n'y a aucune poubelle dans la chambre, la poussière semble ne pas avoir été faite depuis des lustres dans toutes les pièces, la "cuisine" est vraiment minuscule la lumière distinctionne aussi et ça sent le pipi dans la cuisine qui est collé aux toilettes. L'eau du robinet avait aussi un goût atroce et le radiateur ne marchait absolument pas on étaient mort de froid, honnêtement je ne sais même pas si c'est vraiment légal de loger en Airbnb dans un tel endroit certes le personnel est agréable mais le séjour là bas l'étaient beaucoup moins nous n'avons passé que 2 nuits (124€ pr 3 personnes) ce qui est donc extrêmement chère au vu de l'endroit où nous avons loger.

Tout car en vrai dans l'appartement il y a 2 chambres une occupé par un homme et qui s'est permis d'ouvrir notre chambre j'avais oublié de fermer la porte bref et quand j'ai dis à l'hôte que oui les toilettes et salle de bain était à partagé mais je pensais pas que l'appartement était à partagé ya rien décrit la dessus!!!

Malísima experiencia de 20 minutos

Llegamos a la puerta del alojamiento, una verja dentro de una tienda, con gente de mala pinta fuera. Llamamos al dueño y según vernos nos aconseja ir a su otro apartamento, uno a 150m con baño y cocina compartida, por nuestra seguridad ya que está un poco mejor ubicado. Esto nos creó inseguridad y pocas ganas de quedarnos en el barrio. Nos enseña la habitación, normalita, bien para pasar la noche y se va. Antes de irse nos dice que si tenemos algún problema le llamemos y que no hablemos con nadie del barrio ni les miremos a los ojos. Cuando se va buscamos otro alojamiento en otra zona. Hemos perdido dinero pero hemos ganado en salud. El barrio muy mal, la gente mirándonos de arriba abajo, diciendo cosas y todos o la mayoría en malas condiciones.

Heureusement que ce n'était que pour une nuit, je ne recommande pas du tout !!!

La chambre était grande, propre et plutôt confortable mais la visite, en pleine nuit, de la souris, nous a déplu ... L' accès à l'appartement et aux parties communes étaient aisées, la proximité de la gare Bruxelle Midi agréable mais attention, le quartier est pas top et très bruyant la nuit.

La propreté de la SdB en arrivant ( la chasse d'eau d'une grosse commission n'avait pas était tirée ), les odeurs dans la SdB lorsque l'on ferme la fenêtre ... La plaque de cuisson n'était pas fonctionnelle, juste un micro-onde pour faire à manger, c'est léger.

Quartiere da evitare assolutamente.

Quartiere molto molto degradato, fortemente sconsigliato uscire la sera per la presenza di drogati ed ubriachi che quasi ogni sera fanno rissa o comunque gridano tra loro infastidendo tutti durante la notte. Per strada queste persone lasciano molta immondizia e sporco e c’è molta puzza di marcio ed escrementi. Almeno due volte abbiamo notato che qualcuno era entrato nella nostra camera senza avvisarci e abbiamo trovato anche una delle nostre valigie aperta, abbiamo contattato l’host chiedendo informazioni in merito e ha risposto che la signora delle pulizie ogni tanto controlla dentro le stanze che tutto sia a posto ma comunque senza avvisare prima gli ospiti. Nelle scale che portano alla stanza c’è un forte odore sgradevole di acqua ferma e abbiamo trovato le lenzuola non pulite in alcuni punti. I letti hanno le doghe sotto il materasso rotte e che perdono i pezzi. Non é possibile usare il fornello per cucinare perché mancano i pezzi, é presente in microonde che però é vecchio e non funziona bene.
